The location is great. The view is amazing. Good mattress, good shower and cozy feeling. We did not use all the appliances - only the microwave, fridge and the AC. They worked with no issues. When we checked out we were pleased to meet Janet who was at the lobby. She was very sweet. Communication before and during the stay was great.

Very spacious and comfortable place. A beautiful view, and the area is very safe and close to all the main attractions, Uber service in a few minutes, 24-hour security guard, very attentive and helpful. The hosts were flexible in coordinating our departure with our flight schedule. I'll definitely be back

100% accommodation. Alessandro's place is totally as advertised. The location is privileged, two blocks from the “chair”, in the center of Ponta Verde. I highlight the quality of the room: extremely comfortable bed, with clean and well-maintained bed linen, spacious and clean wardrobe, air conditioning working perfectly, in fact everything worked, from hair dryer to laundry. In short, the space we seek on the platform, with honest communication and good value for money. Ah… the 24-hour concierge is a differential in relation to security, although the area is very quiet.
