Vacation rentals with a patio in Maastricht

This place was perfect for our family trip to see the Aachen Cathedral! It was within a 15-min walk to the Dom and lots of shops and restaurants! We were happy to stay with our young children here. The place was quiet and very clean! It is stylish and modern, yet comfortable for families with little ones. Our awesome hosts even provided a crib and high chair for us! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing stay and friendly host! Gisele went up and down to accommodate my needs and she was very responsive. She provided weekly cleaning which kept the place fresh and clean. The place is brand new, very nice and very cozy. I loved my time in Gisele’s place and definitely recommend it to anyone without hesitation!!! The area is awesome and it is very strategic location, 9 min to Masstricht, 30 min to Aachen, about 1:20h to Cologne and Düsseldorf, and 1:10h to Brussels and Antwerp. Highly recommend if you want to explore the three countries all together!

Ich hatte einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt! Die Ferienwohnung ist äußerst gemütlich und gleichzeitig modern eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage: In nur einer Minute erreicht man den Bahnhof, was die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ideal macht. Trotz der Nähe zur Bahn ist die Umgebung sehr ruhig und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, was den Alltag sehr erleichtert. Alles in allem eine perfekte Kombination aus Komfort, Ruhe und praktischer Lage. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Beds were just right, bathroom was roomy and the shower was nice and big. The kitchen was well-equipped, even with coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper, oil - all the little things you hate to buy for a short stay. The balcony would be great in the summer. Despite the central location, the room was very quiet. Petra was extremely responsive - when we asked in advance for extra pillows, she asked "How many?". She let us stay a little late since our train out left late in the morning.

Wir waren nur für einen kurzen Aufenthalt dort, haben uns aber gleich wohlgefühlt! Eine schöne kleine Wohnung und ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber! 😊

Très beau logement, lumineux et très propre. Le propriétaire était toujours réactif aux demandes. Le quartier est calme, verdoyant et agréable. En revanche , il y avait une erreur dans l'annonce concernant le nombre de chambres et de couchages (trois couchages et non quatre). Enfin, le canapé lit n'est pas très confortable. Hormis ces points notre séjour fut très agréable !

Jan's apartament was cozy, but had all facielities we needed. Location is very convinient, neighbourhood is calm but close to small city - Sittard. We would definitely come back if opportunity present itself.

Een prachtig huis, mooi en sfeervol ingericht, grote tuin, voldoende privacy en ruim voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Marie-Loe en Patrick zijn vriendelijke hosts, kleine attenties zoal het taartje bij ontvangst en de gevulde fruitschaal waren de puntjes op de i. We hebben heerlijk gewandeld in het mooie Zuid-Limburgse landschap. Alles bij elkaar een dikke tien, het kan niet beter!

De Airbnb is van alle gemakken voorzien, netjes, rustig sfeervol en schoon. Beddengoed/handdoeken/kruiden/olie/ uitgebreide keukeninventaris aanwezig. In Kerkrade is niet veel te doen maar een goede uitvalbasis voor Valkenburg, Maastricht, Duitsland en mooie wandelingen.

Heel fijn verblijf op een erg mooie locatie.

Zeer goede ontvangst. prachtige locatie en woning. Ideaal voor een weekendje weg. Rustige aangename tuin en een ideale locatie om te streek te verkennen met de fiets.

Tom è stato precisissimo e molto attento. Lo ringrazio tanto per essersi adoperare a trovare una culla con lenzuola e coperte per la mia bimba, nonostante non fosse un servizio generalmente offerto. L'alloggio era pulito e completo di tutto ciò che serve in un appartamento. Sarebbe stato utile avere anche un piccolo ferro da stiro e attrezzature più adatte alla raccolta differenziata della spazzatura. Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a trovare il cottage perche la qualità della cartina inviata sulla chat era bassa e purtroppo non ne avevamo una cartacea. Per il resto, perfetto! Grazie mille Tom per la tua ospitalità! 😊

Great Villa. Very comfortable and perfect for hosting a large group of friends. Nice dining and chill out spaces in the villa and around the property. Matthiece was a super host. Especially when we locked ourselves out of the villa, our own fault completely, he arrived within 20 minutes, smiling and friendly , to let us in. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful time staying here! The hosts were easy reach and always responsive. There was free parking right outside the building and a train station within a 4 minute walk. The house itself had a lot of space and was very clean when I arrived. Had no issues the entire time I stayed there.

El alojamiento que ofrece Anja esta en una zona muy tranquila. Es un apartamento que esta muy limpio, ordenado y que te hace sentir como si estuvieras en casa. Tiene el menaje de cocina necesario para poder desayunar, cenar, etc y un Lidl a 1,5 km de la casa. Cuando vuelva a la zona me volvere a alojar en casa de Anja, eso seguro.

De eerste keer dat we boekten via Airbnb. Spannend, maar de penthouse van Norbert was exact wat we er op basis van de foto's en de beschrijving van hadden verwacht. Eigenlijk zelfs nog ruimer. De eigen parkeerplaats in de garage onder het appartement was ideaal. Toen we aankwamen werden we hartelijk verwelkomt door Christel, de gastvrouw die zaken regelt als Norbert er zelf niet kan zijn. We voelden ons extra welkom door een flesje sect en een grote fles water in de koelkast en een zakje heerlijke bonbons. Op tafel folders van Aken en een handboek met alle instructies en wetenswaardigheden over de omgeving en het penthouse. Heel fijn. De communicatie met Norbert was hartelijk en snel. We hopen (en hebben het plan) hier absoluut nog eens terug te komen. Dank je wel Norbert, dat we van je penthouse hebben mogen genieten. Groeten, Peter en Marianne

Wir haben 4 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und bietet viel Platz. Außerdem ist sie sehr gut ausgestattet. Als wir angekommen sind, wurden wir sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Vorab lief die Kommunikation über Airbnb reibungslos und auch zwischendurch wurde sofort geantwortet. Wir waren einen Tag direkt von der Unterkunft zu Fuß unterwegs und am nächsten sind wir in den National Park gefahren. Also sehr gute Unternehmungsmöhlchkeiten. Natur Pur! Wir können die Unterkunft Guten Gewissens auf jeder Fall empfehlen :)

War alles super! Gerne buchen wir wieder.

Ich hatte einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt in der schönen Wohnung von Willi und Sofia. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Balkon ist auch schön und praktisch. Die Kommunikation mit den beiden war sehr gut. Gerne wieder!

Rene's place was really nice! We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the beautiful region of the Rursee. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Rene was responsive to our messages. We highly recommend this lovely spot for a getaway!
