In the middle of nature and yet central (not far from Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Liège) We rent out a 70-square-meter apartment on our property (Eynattener Mühle), with a separate entrance, consisting of a large combined living and dining area with kitchen, a large bedroom, a small combined living and sleeping area with a single bed (185 x 85 cm; fold-out bed 90 x 200 cm available on request), and a bathroom. It can accommodate 4 adults and 1 baby (baby crib provided). An outdoor seating area, right on the Göhle, is available for our guests.

🌿 À seulement 15 min à pied du centre-ville, d’Outremeuse et de la gare des Guillemins, découvrez un havre de paix chaleureux. 🛏️ Ce logement comprend 3 chambres avec 4 lits doubles et un divan-lit, peut accueillir jusqu’à 10 personnes — idéal pour les groupes ou familles. 🚿 À noter : le logement dispose de 2 WC et de 2 lavabos pour se rafraîchir, mais d’une seule douche. Cela reste fonctionnel pour des petits groupes, mais peut demander un peu de coordination pour les plus nombreux!

Stylish "boutique" apartment where you can enjoy a wonderful stay in Maastricht. The spacious kitchen and living room provide a lot of livability. There are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. In addition, there are two bathrooms with shower. The apartment is very conveniently located in relation to the MECC (5 minutes/car), Maastricht University (5 minutes), and the old town of Maastricht is within walking distance. Parking is available in front of the door for a fee (8.10 p.d.)

This 60 m² (646 sq. ft.) studio, located on the 3rd floor of a recently built building, features a fully equipped kitchen, shower room, private sauna, balcony, and fiber-optic Wi-Fi. A 10-minute walk to the center of Liège, 1 minute to Parc de la Boverie and its museum, close to Médiacité and Liège-Guillemins train station. Late check-out possible (€15/hour, subject to availability). Secure parking available upon request (€15/night).

Apartment Langsteeg, near Maastricht/Valkenburg

This apartment surrounded by meadows is very rural along the Mergelland route and a short distance from Maastricht and Valkenburg. Both from the living room and the bedroom one has a beautiful view over the hilly landscape. Maastricht city center, MUMC+, Maastricht University and the Mecc are accessible from this location by public transport. An excellent spot for both a relaxing and business stay!
