This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Both from the living room and the bedroom one has a beautiful view over the hilly landscape. My fully renovated studio is very well located within a 10-minute walking distance of the city center, Maastricht train station, MECC Conference center and UMC+ University Hospital.
