Foothill House is on the outskirts of Hughesville. It is in a country setting, abundant with wildlife. The house borders a pond, which is amazing to just sit and relax next too. Central Pa has many amazing restaurants that provide farm to table food in our lush pa summers. We are close to many outdoor activities including hiking, mountain biking, fishing, hunting, kayaking, swimming and much more. If your visiting for work, we aren’t too far from civilization.

Unique A-frame cabin in private setting. Loft bedroom upstairs and open floor plan on ground floor. Large wrap around deck with covered area for grilling or just hanging out. Great place to take it easy and get away from it all. Wood Stove is the only source of heat. If you need some guideance on how to use the stove I'd be happy to meet up and give you a crash course. Wood for heating cabin is provided. Campfire ring with some wood provided also.

The open concept cabin with wide pocket doors, hands free lights in the bathroom and table built for a wheel chair to fit under. We supply the bedding, towels and the basic necessities in the kitchen. The bathroom has a walk in shower with a seat and an extended hose for those who need to sit while showering.
