Good location, a few minutes by car from the E22, and 4.5 km to central Kristianstad, 12 km to the sandy beach in cozy Åhus.

Local amenities are (Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant) within 3km of the cottage and the bus is 15 mins away.

During winter months in Sweden it is 22 degrees in the house.
