Chalet vacation rentals in Luzerne County

We rented the house for four weeks and it suited our needs well. We enjoyed the open layout. I could fix dinner and still enjoy the fire and see the TV. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious and there was plenty of hot water. I enjoyed using the table in the loft to paint. The internet in the home worked exceptionally well for us and our AT&T phones had great reception. Amy and Steven replied to texts quickly and were available for any questions we might have had while we were in the home. The house is centrally located to any hiking, boating, biking or other activities you might like to do in the Poconos. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent great place has plenty of room 2 of the bedroom has private bathroom and the basement with the bar and the pool to play was great. Has a fire pit outside.

We had a fantastic time at Julia’s Chalet in Lake Harmony! The space was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and exactly as described. Check-in was seamless, and Julia was super responsive, answering our questions quickly. The location was perfect—close to Lake Harmony. We’d love to return! Highly recommend!

Our original Airbnb reservation was cancelled so I was very glad Catherine’s place was available on the dates we needed. It was even nicer than the photos and perfect for our needs. I appreciated being able to travel with our small dog. I grew up in the area so it was very nostalgic for me to stay behind the church my family used to attend. It was nice to have access to the private beach on the lake even though weather prevented us from using the beach passes. We would stay here again!

Our stay at the Lake Harmony house was absolutely amazing. The house was super spacious, neat and clean, had lots of natural sunlight, and had really cozy decor. The beds were super soft and comfortable and we all slept great. We were able to use the TV for games and the hot tub also worked really well. The host was super informative and flexible with checkout time. I really highly recommend this location and this host!!

Had an amazing weekend with friends! We sought out to have a cozy weekend and this was a perfect fit. The movie room came in clutch although heads up it can get a little cold there (it did snow while we were there) so 10/10 recommend bringing some extra blankets if you can depending on time of year you stay. I’d say this was probably one of the most spacious AirBnBs we’ve stayed in so fit our larger crew well to give us room to enjoy.

We especially appreciated the close proximity to town while still feeling peaceful and private. A perfect home base for our family trip, would absolutely recommend!

PoconoJo’s was an amazing house! I have very high standards and this house was an excellent place for our vacation. It was spotless, had very comfortable beds, beautiful design and layout with big windows and a huge deck to enjoy the outdoors. And the deck had great lounge and dining furniture. The amenities were great from the big things to little details - everything you needed to cook a great meal in the kitchen, laundry supplies, board games, a whole set of supplies for going to the beach on the lake (chairs, towels, cooler, etc). And the little things were there as well - extra sunglasses, reading glasses, pickleball equipment, etc. The neighborhood was so peaceful, and the home is in a great location- just minutes from downtown Jim Thorpe and outdoor activities (like biking and rafting). Mandy was a great host - we were celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday and she left a generous gift bag with flowers for when we arrived. It truly was a wonderful stay and we highly recommend it!

Ryan was a great host - we enjoyed the great amenities his home had to offer. It is walkable distance from the lake and we were able to partake in the farmers market as well as lake sports. The sauna, hot tub, and games room are great perks to have as well. The home was clean and easy to check in.
