I live there half of the time with my children so I rent it for the rest of the time. Possibility to add mattresses without worries if you are more. We had a fabulous weekend in Tours, with incredible, clean, spacious, tastefully decorated accommodation! The location is ideal, the apartment is quiet, perfectly isolated and easy to access! All the comforts are there, you can go there without so much as a second thought! Jérôme and Bea are super welcoming, we felt right at home! We can't wait to come back!

Smack in the middle of the old town. Just what we wanted. There must be twenty cafes or restaurants within 100m. The appartment is small but very well organised, clean and comfortable with nice decor and thoughtful touches. Double glazed; we had no problem with noise, but they provide ear plugs if case someone ‘s having a big night in the square below! We would definitely stay here again.

The Cocker: T1, Quiet, Hypercenter, Pet-friendly

Studio as described, in a very quiet building while being ideally located. (Close to shops, restaurants, places to visit...) Pierre and Kari are very responsive and communication was always very pleasant.

An outdoor area features a small garden space with potted plants, alongside a garage with bike storage. Two windows are visible on the upper level of the building, which is partially shaded by a tree. The environment appears tranquil and inviting.

Laetitia is very nice, caring and accommodating. The apartment was impeccable: clean, welcoming and functional. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything you need to prepare your delicious meal! The small downside is that the collective heating was not on and we did not get very hot (we appreciated having blankets available). We had a lovely weekend! And all of my friends and I highly recommend taking this place.

Coming for a volleyball match, we were a 10-minute walk from the gym. The location of the accommodation was therefore ideal. Being behind the train station is no problem, we didn't hear any noise. Quiet neighborhood, impeccable accommodation. I recommend it without a problem. Albert is also a very friendly and welcoming host.
