"Les Ave Maria" Guest House

The guest house was finally renovated in the summer of 2024. Our guest house "Les Ave Maria" welcomes you at the back of our garden. Converted into a studio with a bedroom area (160 X 190 bed), separate kitchen and shower room, this cottage is ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the countryside and the Loire Valley castles. The house is equipped to accommodate a young child. We give access to our swimming pool 2 hours (flex) per day from June to September and fully available between August 8 and 23.

LA MOIRE, country house for rent

La Moire welcomes you all year round in an exclusive property, whether by the pool or by the fireplace, in total calm. It is very well located, in the village of Bréhémont, on the banks of the Loire, close to Azay-le-Rideau (9 km), Villandry and Langeais (7 km) and the magnificent castles of the Loire. The house consists of 4 bedrooms for 8 people, Wi-Fi, private parking, heated above-ground pool from April to October depending on weather. Not suitable for people with limited mobility.

The art deco gîte of Villa Bleue for 2 people

In the Indre valley, between Tours and Loches, in a quiet and bucolic hamlet by the river, small cottage for 2 people with independent entrance on the ground floor of our Art Deco villa (we live above), with terrace and garden + heated pool from mid-May to mid-September (shared with the owner with time slots) + TV in the living room/bedroom with Netflix access included. PS: this furnished accommodation is not specifically equipped to accommodate people with disabilities

"La Bergerie" 9-person gîte with pool

Pool closed from October 30 to the end of March. The "La Bergerie" Gîte awaits you in a quiet location in the center of the Loire Valley castles and in the heart of the vineyards between Tours and Saumur. It is a family cottage, all gatherings for an evening are prohibited. The land is shaded and our indoor pool is heated to 29°. House renovated in 2018 with large rooms that can accommodate up to 9 adults plus two babies maximum for good times with family or friends.

Charming cottage of about 40 m2 in the heart of the vineyards, at the foot of the "Loire à vélo" which offers you a soothing stopover, a getaway in the heart of nature a stone's throw from Tours (15 min by bike along the Loire) Lots to do: visit the cellars, hiking, Loire à Vélo, Loire Valley castles, Beauval and La Flèche zoos, Futuroscope, open-air dance halls and children's amusement park... access to the house's swimming pool with flexible schedule.

Comfortable cottage located in the countryside with free access to the entire outdoor area on our property of about 2 hectares (terrace with garden furniture, large meadow, pond, park, trampoline). Bed linen, blankets, duvets, towels, kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a lockable high shelter. In winter, the pool is not available. Gite classified 3 stars. This place isn't suitable for people with disabilities.

La Petite Bret Guest House

Welcome to La Petite Bret, a comfortable and charming house in the outbuildings of an 18th century property. You will enjoy the quietness of the countryside, just 1 km from the shops. The Gîte is inside the property but totally independent. You have access to the garden. It has a south-facing terrace without overlooking and another to the west, equipped with garden furniture. Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool depending on the weather conditions. We provide linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and bath towels. You're in a cul-de-sac with no traffic. Great for resting!
