Villa Elena is positioned in charming village of Orasac and boasts panoramic views of Elafiti Islands. Soak in the amazing scenery and breath taking sunsets. Entire property is surrounded by the lush Mediterranean greenery of pine, olive and lemon trees.
The style is contemporary and minimalist, with plenty of terrace space and living areas.

The space
Gaze upon the silhouettes of neighboring islands as the sun sets behind them from the scenic terrace of this modern Croatian villa near Dubrovnik. Get behind the well-equipped bar on the pool level and whip up a few sundowners. If the mood strikes, hop in for a quick splash before bed. In the morning, drive 12km down the coast to see what awaits inside the 16th-Century stone walls of Dubrovnik.

Set along the breathtaking Adriatic coast, Villa Elena captures incredible views of the sea and its many islands. On nights in, consider booking a private chef to show off some of the local cuisines. The dining room inside is an elegant setting for a special announcement, or you can keep it casual and enjoy that view while you eat at the alfresco setting. After dinner, settle into the wood-toned living room lounge and relax on designer furnishings. On quieter evenings, catch up on some reading beneath a beach umbrella or unwind in the sauna.

When you’re ready to hit the beach, you’ll find yourself sandwiched between the villages of Orasac and Zaton, both with beautiful waterfront less than 3km from home. Orasac is on the way to the hill town of Gromaca, known for its caves and eco-tourism, while Zaton Beach is closer to the bustling city of Dubrovnik. Make sure to bring your camera and some good shoes for the wall-walk. It takes about 2-hours to navigate your way around the entire city from atop its Medival walls walkway.
