Villa Anschütz apartment

In the state-approved resort of Zella-Mehlis, we have converted the attic of the "Villa Anschütz" into a cozy apartment with a lot of love for detail. The villa was built in 1911 by the founding company of the world-famous Anschütz Sportwaffen. The view of the over 100-year-old beech and the ancient rhododendron bushes - almost trees - in the garden is breathtaking. The original beams of the roof structure, illuminated with warm light, make the apartment particularly cozy.

The apartment has a large living/bedroom with a fireplace. There is a modern kitchen and a high-quality bathroom with a shower, bathtub and toilet. There is a train station where trains run hourly to Ilmenau and Erfurt. Within walking distance are a bakery and other shopping possibilities.

In the holiday resort of Manebach, a lovingly furnished apartment awaits you in which you can find time to relax and unwind. The 124 km long Ilmtal cycle path leads from above the Ilmquelle in Allzunahan to the Ilmmündung in Großheringen. Bathing enthusiasts dive into the refreshing wet of the outdoor swimming pool 4 km away. For a city or shopping tour, the state capital Erfurt, 45 km away, and Weimar, offers everything your heart desires in about 70 km.

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use these, please let us know after booking. We also have a pool that you are welcome to use in the summer.

Hello, the apartment is located in a place on the north side of the Thuringian Forest. It is ideal for cyclists, hikers and skiers. We have a year-round ski hall for cross-country skiers and those who want to become one, not far from the apartment in the beautiful Oberhof. The apartment is new and modernly furnished. A fully equipped kitchen is available for guests. It has a garage and a seating area on the terrace for cozy sitting in the evening.

In the house, all 3 bedrooms are furnished in pine wood.

The small apartment is located in Gräfenhain, a quiet district of Ohrdruf. It has been completely renovated in recent years. On 35 square meters there is a combined living and sleeping area, a separate kitchen with mini kitchen + fridge, as well as a bathroom with shower. Situated directly on the edge of the forest, it offers the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling - surrounded by greenery.
