The cabin is a perfect starting point for trips both inwards and outwards of the fjord if you want to experience more of the beautiful surrounding area. Jølet- Elvedrømmen

Jølet! Imagine lying suspended above the ground on a bed of rushing water with stars in your eyes! That's exactly what you can experience in Jølet, the cabin that is specially designed to give an optimal feeling of closeness to nature. On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

The cabin is located in Hafslo in beautiful surroundings overlooking the beautiful Hafslovatnet, at Sogn ski center. The cabin has four bedrooms, a large kitchen. Two living rooms; Private TV room with sliding door, and a quieter living room area overlooking Hafslovatnet, Solvornsnipa, Haugmelen and Storehaugen Two bathrooms; the main bathroom has a washing machine. There are great cross-country ski trails, free-riding areas, mountain hikes and ski slopes nearby. Nice hiking terrain The cabin area and infrastructure are under development.

Gamlestova at Juv

Juv is much more than just a house and a bed! Gamlestova was the original farmhouse and has the same amazing views as Juvsøyna on Juv and Gamletunet on Juv. From the canopy bed in the living room you can wake up to the sunrise and if you are lucky follow a tourist boat on its way to Olden with your eyes. In the evening you can fire up the stove, feel the good heat, read a good book and fall asleep to the light of the flames and the sound of the wood stove nearby. NB! Outdoor hot tub and car charger are not included in the rental price.

After a good day on the go, possibly in the sunshine, there is a private outdoor area where you can relax and enjoy the views and the evening peace! In the house you will find pictures and trip tips from the surrounding area. All the tours mentioned are tried and recommended by our small, sprightly co-hosts of 10, 12 and 14 years! Bed linens and towels are included in the rent and are ready for your arrival!

There are five buildings on the farm that are from the 1800s. Sauefjøset was renovated in 2023 for rental. There are two double beds (150 cm) - one downstairs and one upstairs on the loft. Flåm Retreat's minihouse is a sustainable and exclusive cabin designed by Snøhetta, with a focus on reducing human impact on nature. Enjoy panoramic views of Flåmsdalen, tranquility, and some of the world’s most stunning scenery. The mini-house has two double beds and sleeps four comfortably. A fifth guest can use the sofa bed for NOK 250. From May to September, we require a 2-night minimum stay. Single-night gaps will be released as they become available.
