Its a wonderful place and Brano is the perfect host. We loved it so much there. And cookie the dog and the cat are so cute. Two nights are too short! Thank you for everything Brano!

Odamız temizlenmişti ve yerleşmemiz için hazırdı. Araba kiraladığımız için ulaşımda problem yaşamadık. Stari Grad'a araçla 6-7 dk mesafadeydi. Ancak araç kiralamazsanız ulaşım o kadar da kolay olmaz çünkü aparta çıkmak için dik yokuşlu yollardan geçmeniz gerekecek. Odada bazı istenmeyen misafirler vardı(bir kaç küçük böcek) yanınızda böcek ilacı bulundurmanız iyi olur. Bunların dışında her şey gayet iyiydi. Giriş ve çıkışlarda hiçbir problem yaşamadık. Her şey için çok teşekkürler.

Elena's place is outstanding! Located on the waterfront in Lepetani it has a fabulous view and just a stone's throw from the ferry to Kamenari. The house/apartment itself is fabulous, super-modern, furnished impeccably, with all the amenities you might need, and squeaky clean. The location was great because you get to feel like you are in a small village but within a few minutes drive you can be in downtown Tivat. It's also fun to take the ferry (free for pedestrians) over to Kamenari (a 6-minute crossing) and try out the restaurants on the other side. Elena is probably the best host I have met through AirBnb. She is super friendly, very, very responsive, very accommodating, and had a TON of suggestions for what to see, where to eat, etc. We loved staying at Elena's place and miss it already. All-in-all a five-star stay!

A wonderful stay and a highly responsive and friendly host. Stunning view and a very comfortable and clean house. Excellent pool, comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. A beautiful and well kept garden added to the outdoor ambiance. We enjoyed the location of being away from the busier areas around Kotor Bay but still easy to reach the various towns and beaches/waterfronts by car, which is essential.

Liebe Marica und lieber Marko, vielen lieben Dank euch noch mal für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, in eurem Haus zu bleiben! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

Très bon séjour chez Marko ! Endroit tranquille, accès au port en moins de 10 minutes à pied. Calme, paisible. L’hôte ainsi que sa famille ont été très accueillants et gentils avec nous, on pouvait compter sur eux si nous avions besoin de quoi que ce soit. L’hôte a même accepté d’annuler notre dernière nuit pour que je puisse aller fêter mon anniversaire dans un hôtel ! Très agréable, j’ai apprécié, je recommande.

We had a really great stay here, it is a long way out from Kotor, but we like that, it was quite no noise. The night sky was awesome. Close to the sea was great to jump into from the ponta. (We did this every day) Also was nice to see the cruise ships coming out of Kotor in the distance. The place is homely, a little bit dated, but a proper Montenegro home which we liked. The added addition to having the local cats come to visit morning and evening was so good. We counted at least 10 + cats and kittens. Overall a great quiet place to stay.

Petar's place is one of the best accommodations. It has a huge balcony with an amazing view in a peaceful area. The apartment is equipped carefully with anything you might have forgotten at home - shampoos, body lotions, enough towels (rarely there are so many towels in an airbnb). It had also a variety of spices for the kitchen. The living room is big and has huge windows with the amazing view. Petar welcomed us with beer, wine, rakija and honey - the essentials for a Montenegrin holiday. He drove us from the airport and was always very responsive. The place is a bit uphill (as are houses with a good view), it is a 7 minute walk and nothing complicated, but do take that into account. Nearby (12 minutes) there is a secluded beach, very nice for those who don't want the loud music and sunbeds, but also minutes away (5 minutes) there is a beach more family type. I would definitely recommend Petar's place, for the view, the cleanliness, space and hospitality.

We had a wonderful time at Iva’s Airbnb. It was easy to find up the steps. We loved the beautiful balcony and it had everything we needed for a nights stay. We found the parking difficult as it was not clear where was permitted to park or when/how to pay. Otherwise it was great!

Aneta was an incredible host she personally came to pick us up from the airport, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The house was absolutely stunning, exactly as described but even better in person. It offered breathtaking views of the sea, and we enjoyed a couple of swims during our stay. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with every amenity we could need. Aneta was extremely helpful throughout our visit, and I would highly recommend staying here.

Excelente departamento en una zona tranquila y maravillosa. Acceso a playas a pie ,pagas muy bonitas y publicas también, si lo desean. Restaurantes muy buenos para ir caminado y comer mirando el paisaje maravilloso al borde del mar. Si quieres ir al centro , debes tener auto o un taxi pero solo lo recomiendo una vez para conocerlo. Quedarse allí ,en la zona del piso es lo más recomendable. La anfitriona de lujo!! Súper amable , siempre asesorándonos paseos, restaurantes y sugerencias de la vida cotidiana , por ejemplo , anticipándonos que los domingos cierran los supermercados, que lo tengamos en cuenta . Súper , súper recomendable !!

It was an incredibly beautiful house. My little girl swam in the sea in front of the house every day. There was more than everything you needed in the house. It was motivating to start the day with a perfect view. Close to everywhere. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. We were incredibly pleased in every way. I recommend it 🙏🏻

The host is truly amazing. If you’re planning to visit Montenegro, there’s no need to make a detailed plan—before you even enter the house, the host has already thought of everything and provides all the information via message. For us, he was more like a guide than just a host. We stayed with our family, and the house has everything you need—portable internet, a Netflix subscription, swimming equipment, and more. By the way, there’s no parking problem either.

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in Petars Unterkunft! Das Airbnb ist super ausgestattet (vor allem die Küche und der Grillbereich draußen haben uns begeistert), Petar ist sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet und Check-in und Check-out haben sehr unkompliziert funktioniert. Im Ort selbst gibt es nicht so viel zu entdecken, wir fanden die Lage für Erkundungstouren mit dem Auto aber super. Die Unterkunft ist an einem sehr sehr steilen Hang gelegen, am besten man parkt unten an der Straße und läuft die letzten Hundert Meter zu Fuß. Einen Morgen hatten wir kein Wasser, Petar hat aber direkt geantwortet, dass das manchmal vorkäme, und kurze Zeit später ging es auch wieder.

Branko was a stellar host. He responded very quickly to all our queries we had and made sure we felt very comfortable. He knows the bay and surrounding area very well so use his knowledge to plan your day trips! Lots of nice touches too, we especially liked the drinks fridge and bicycles for us to use, cycling down either side of the bay was our favourite day. We will be recommending this place to all people heading to Kotor!

Güzel bir 2 gece geçirdik. Gayet ilgililerdi ve çok düzenliydi ev. Fakat evin fotoğraflarında deniz manzarası varken bizim kaldığımız odanın manzarası tamamen karşı otelin çamaşır bölümüne bakıyordu.

Wir waren 14 Tage vor Ort und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment war super sauber und wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war traumhaft schön & der Strand war nur wenige Schritte vom Apartment entfernt. Luka ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen!

Le séjour était merveilleux. L’hôte nous a proposé de venir nous chercher à la gare et de nous déposer à l’aéroport au retour. Le logement était super bien équipé, piscine très agréable, terrasse avec super vue sur les montagnes avec super coucher de soleil. La literie était aussi très confortable. Nous n’avons presque jamais croisé nos voisins avec qui nous partagions la piscine. Je recommande à 100% !!!!

Dijana was super helpful from the initial booking of the trip down to recommendations of what to do while staying in Montenegro and checking out at the end. I can’t recommend the apartment and location enough, it’s perfect as a base for a trip to Montenegro.

Stefan's property is wonderful and has beautiful views of the bay only thing that may be an issue for some is it is not walkable to Kotor as footpaths disappear at some points along the narrow road into Kotor requiring us to get Taxis to get around which was not a bother for us.

The location is great, in the heart of Old Town. Beautiful accomodation. Marija is an amazing and responsive host.

We've just had an amazing stay at Jovana's. The apartment is decorated beautifully and was extremely clean. The highlight though was the terrace which has the most beautiful view across the bay, I could've sat there all day watching the world go by! We managed to find the apartment relatively easily and it was perfect having the parking garage to park our rental car. It's an easy and quick walk to Kotor old town which is stunning and has so many restaurants/shops. Though of course with the apartment being uphill, the walk back was tougher, but still not too bad! Jovana was extremely pleasant to communicate with and very accommodating with our schedule. Overall, a perfect stay and would recommend to all! 🙂

We had a brilliant stay at Nikita’s apartment. The apartment is centrally located in the old town but in a very quiet area. The apartment itself is just like the photos if not better. It had everything we needed and more. In regard to Nikita and there team, the communication was very prompt and always willing to help in any way possible. I would 100% recommend this accommodation if you are looking to stay in the heart of Kotor. Thanks again!
