Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.

The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

The house has 5 separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, a spacious dining and living area with a fireplace, a comfortably equipped kitchen and lake views. Thanks to the hybrid router, the house has good internet access, so workation works well. There are 2 golf courses nearby and 3 nature reserves with many destinations.

Zwei Autos können direkt am Haus parken. Weitere Autos sollten am nahen Marktplatz abgestellt werden.
