Shower room with toilet. Access to the studio is via stairs (4 floors). The ceiling is 1.70 m at the lowest point. Sheets and towels are provided. Non-smoking accommodation, parties prohibited, maximum 2 people. Cleaning fee included.

Stone house renovated in 2018 that can accommodate 2 adults on the ground floor with a baby crib. Upstairs, 2 single beds. The house has a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. A fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Parking in front of the house for one car, in our yard. It is located right next to my home. So no parties and no family meals. We are 10 minutes from Agen in the countryside and 25 minutes from Villeneuve-sur-Lot.
