Casa Oliva - det finaste vi har byggt! Huset ligger centralt i Mölndal, i ett lugnt villaområde, nära Göteborg. Vårt nya Attefallshus på 30 m2 som heter Casa Oliva, är ett väldigt hemtrevligt litet hus som byggdes 2021 och är i superfint skick. Passar bl.a. dig som reser ensam, alt. er som besöker Göteborg på en par-weekend eller längre semester, eller den mindre familjen (2 vuxna, 2 barn). Welcome to stay with us in an apartment at the groundfloor of an villa! Very quiet and safe area, you will have access to part of the garden with outside table with 4 chairs if you want to have your breakfast or dinner outside! In the bedroom theres a doublebed 160cm and in the livingroom/kitchen area theres a comfortable bedsofa 140cm width. Short distance to both the sea (3km fiskebäcksbadet and 3km ganlet) and shopping (2km frölunda torg)

This cozy tiny house is located in Utby in northeastern Gothenburg, close to the vibrant city center as well as beautiful nature. It has its own bathroom and the ability to cook simple meals. A small barbeque is available as well. The place is suitable for 1-2 people, but can accommodate more. Facing a large yard with apple and plum trees as well as berry bushes makes it the perfect getaway place all year around.
