Such an awesome place for a staycation with family and friends! Very clean, great location with mountain view and the place is very safe and quiet. The care takers are accommodating and helpful! We'll definitely go back there for another staycation!

Super worth it ang stay namin dito! The host- Jordan, is very accommodating. He responds quickly, easy to talk to, and super bait. Even the caretaker was very attentive, kind, and accommodating din sa lahat ng needs namin. ❤️ Yung place mismo, sobrang linis at maaliwalas. It’s exactly as described and as shown in the pictures—no filter needed! Honestly, this is the best resort we’ve stayed at in Pansol, so far. Yung hotspring pool, perfect ang warm kaya kahit gabi, nakapag-swimming pa rin ang kids, and mga senior sa family. Perfect for families, lalo na if may kids and elderly. Complete din ang gamit sa kitchen—super linis at malaki ang space, pati na ang dining area at sala. Yung pool area ay malinis at enough ang size for groups. May kiddie pool din at slide na talagang na-enjoy ng mga bata. 😊 Yung mga rooms, sobrang spacious, malinis, and each ay may cr. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back! We had a wonderful stay—everything was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent.

Great place for a group's get- together. The clean pool is a plus. Rooms are spacious and have enough space for everyone. We are a group of 10 adults & 4 kids, but the place is good for 40 adults. The only thing we want to recommend for improvement is the water pressure in the kitchen and bathrooms and adding eating utensils would be a plus. But overall, we had a great time at Ian's place. The caretakers, Marife and Aljer were of great help too! Thanks Ian for our great stay. We had fun!

Had a great time staying in this unit. It has lived up to its name - The Cozy Home; really cozy and homey indeed. It has all the amenities we asked for. The place was also peaceful and quiet, conducive for relaxing and family time.

A Peaceful Escape with the Perfect Pool We spent the weekend at this beautiful rental and it was exactly what we needed—a private, peaceful retreat away from the noise of everyday life. The highlight, without a doubt, was the pool. It was deep and huge and comes from a hot spring so we all enjoyed staying in the pool for hours! The property is incredibly private—no neighbors in sight, it was the kind of place where you could truly unplug and unwind. The interior was cozy and comfortable, but we honestly spent most of our time at the pool. The outdoor setup, with plenty of seating and a shaded area, made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. If you’re looking for a quiet, secluded spot with an amazing pool to recharge and relax, this place is a gem.

Worth the drive! Stayed here with friends and we had the best time. The hosts were super accommodating and even had flowers waiting for us when we arrived—such a sweet touch! We were 9 in the group, but the place felt really spacious, with so many spots to just chill and hang out. I also loved all the art pieces around the house. Perfect spot to unwind! We swam, kayaked (they’ve got life vests), and even enjoyed being offline for a bit (the Wi‑Fi was stable for anyone needing to catch up on work). 5/5, would totally go back! I know that there are so many choices if you want to stay around Cavinti. I actually don’t know how I managed to stick with talking to the owner, but it was totally worth it. The place was so beautiful and private. Tatang who assisted us was extremely kind and accommodating. I have no negative comments. As in! The price was totally worth it. Even the owner recommended some places to visit and things to do. If I go back to the Philippines, I would love to visit the place again. Some of my relatives have already asked me about it, and they want to go back immediately! We actually wanted to stay longer, but we have kids with classes and exams. Everything was awesome. I hope everyone can read my review. It was definitely great! Nature, Peaceful, Private, The place was all to ourselves! Recommended!

Very worth it! Honestly, we did not expect much since this just less than 2,000PHP but it's super okay! Very private, caretaker to guide you through the unit, and what I liked the most is the big Smart TV with a nice speaker!

The place was very spacious and the location was great. I like that there's a lot of places to lounge around the property and activities to do at the property itself. Only thing i found lacking was the appliances and amenities were a bit dated but overall we had a great stay. The property was just as described.
