The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Fri panoramautsikt norrut över havet ger mycket goda möjligheter att se norrsken direkt från trädäcket vid entrén. Utebelysningen kan släckas för bättre upplevelse av stjärnhimlen. Vedeldad kamin inomhus för trivsel. Prova traditionell vedeldad bastu. Havsytan fryser vintertid vilket möjliggör promenader eller skidturer på isen direkt från gården. Rikt djurliv med vilda däggdjur och rovfåglar.

A cozy house for 2 people in a quet and still place in Norrbotten and located 20 minutes from the city of Luleå with car. Excellent location if you like to spend your time near the nature. In the winter you can experinece the ice on the sea, walk, ski, kick or go with a scooter. In the summer time you can visit small beaches or walk in the wood and when its season you can find berries. This house has its own entrance and the kitchen has a fireplase.
