I cannot say enough about Dennis’s BEAUTIFUL home!!! Not only is it exactly as described it’s better! Pictures do not do it justice. I travel with work and have stayed at many Airbnbs and his is top of the list. I hope to be back soon.

We were visiting our kids in Van Alstyne and didn't want to be driving any more than we had too. This house was less then a two minute drive. There were so many extras that we really appreciated. There were snacks and cold bottle water waiting on us. Everything was labeled which was so helpful. The back porch and hot tub were a great perk! We will definitely be staying there again.

The house was perfect, clean and ready to go for us. They also have a pool that was clean, along with a grill by the pool, TV’s and speakers. There is also a rec room with a TV, 2 pool tables and a coffee room right beside the pool, oh and I can’t forget about the fire pit and corn hole! It was a great place to spend with my family and I will definitely stay there again next time I come down to Texas to visit with family! 5 stars all around !!

Sahvana Ranch is a lovely place it was everything we expected and a perfect retreat. The home is spacious, well-appointed, with new appliances. I have stayed in many Airbnbs-this is one of my favorites and I am particular. The Home is uncluttered and relaxing but has everything you need. New clean nice pots and pans etc. The house rules are clear and not overly restrictive. You just have to be respectful of the property and then in return you get a lovely home and the ability to bring your Fur baby with you! What more can anyone ask for than a beautiful ranch completely fenced huge backyard behind pool area-make sure the area by the playground is secure it came open one time and I fixed to stay shut. The front is also fenced but animals could get through the wide fence in front area. LR and upstairs TVs are new streamers. The downstairs BR comfy and bath is lovely. Huge closet. Huge laundry room, nice appliances. A near perfect property with lovely, responsive hosts-don't hesitate!!!

Beautiful súper clean modern brand new house Fair price Feels like home Has everything and more than we expected I had a wonderful stay! The host Mr Darren is incredibly attentive and kind. He always checks in to ask if I need anything, and if something is missing, he quickly orders it for me on Amazon. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything in the house is perfect and nothing is ever lacking. I really appreciated his care and attention to detail—highly recommend staying here! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
