Vacation rentals with beach access in Ludwigslust-Parchim

We had a very nice four nights in Rebekka's apartment. Check-in is super easy thanks to the key box and the apartment offers everything you need and is very lovingly decorated. Above all, the location overlooking the countryside and the corresponding tranquility are very pleasant. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime.

The apartment is super clean and equipped with everything you need. With the unlocking, you feel directly welcome and very comfortable. Small touches complete the picture. Also the entire contact with Michael & Dirk was extremely pleasant and straightforward. 100% recommended!

the check-in at Christian's was personal and super easy. the apartment is on the 4th floor, i.e. it takes a little fitness to carry the luggage up. The quiet location of the apartment allows a trouble-free sleep and yet you are in a few minutes on foot at some of the most important sights of Rostock. Shopping is also possible around the corner (about 5 min). we liked it very much and we would book with Christian again anytime.

We have already stayed in this great apartment for the second time and are always happy to come back. The central yet quiet location is just perfect. The apartment is well equipped, very clean and cozy – you feel right at home. Communication with Meike is always warm and straightforward. Thank you!

We spent our vacation in Burkhard's apartment. We traveled with our 1.5-year-old daughter and felt very comfortable in the apartment. The apartment is very spacious, but some rooms are quite dark because the apartment is in the basement. But that didn't bother us any further, because we were mostly on the road during the day anyway or used the great winter garden. The amenities were, as described, completely sufficient. There was also a high chair. The contact on site was through Ms. R., who was very warm and nice. For any questions, we were able to reach them easily via text message. The key was deposited in a key safe upon arrival, which we found and opened without any problems.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the vacation home! The apartment was very spacious and offered enough space for two families. We were particularly enthusiastic about the fact that the children were also thought of – there were toys available, which made the holiday even more beautiful for the little ones. Another highlight was the proximity to the beach – in a few minutes you were on foot by the sea. Overall, a great place to stay where we felt very comfortable. Highly recommended!

The apartment positively exceeded the description/photos. Super clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Towels were missing, which was pointed out by Kerstin beforehand. I also had shower gel with me, there is none in the bathroom. There was a weak jet in the shower. The bathroom has a window. Bedroom is not darkened, due to glass door and bright lighting from campsite opposite. Parking right in front of the apartment, great. Kerstin was always available, I found the communication short & factual. Overall, great place to stay.

A super friendly and fast communication. The apartment was as described,you have everything you need there whether for cleaning or cooking there are things available. From the location not to mention 400 meters to the beach, just great. He gave tips on what to do in the area or where to shop. It was my first booking through airbnb and was positively surprised. This was not the last time we will be staying in the beach butt.

Our holiday was great. Rooms, beds, bathrooms and kitchen extremely clean and new. The kitchen is fully equipped. Like the visitors before us, we also had some problems with small children falling asleep, as there are only roller blinds upstairs. So it doesn't really get dark. Since the house is advertised as a family home, we would have liked a stair gate, which can be installed upstairs or downstairs if necessary. Then it would have been a little more relaxed. From our side, a small suggestion for improvement: curtains or drapes in the living area. This is without, however, very sound-permeable and you can still hear conversations clearly on the 2nd floor. Otherwise, everything was great. The play tower was great and the sandbox also fulfills its purpose. The view on the lake is fantastic. Shopping facilities are quick and easy to reach.

It is a beautiful spacious house. We were there with 9 adults and 3 kids. Beautiful enclosed garden with Jacuzzi and sauna. The beach with the fishing pond and the playground within walking distance made it complete. It is close to Schwerin and Wismar.

Hi, We held a family celebration with 8 adults and 3 children & dog It is a great place to stay in an about 200 year old yard. It is cozily renovated, so we felt comfortable both. Beautiful courtyard with large barbecue and fireplace., beautiful garden behind house. Natural swimming spot on the river pure adventure, have used it with fun. Each individually decorated room has its own bathroom and is named after artists and is also artistically designed according to this artist. On the 1st floor there is a large open living room with a fireplace and various sofas. We were lucky and nice weather, were mainly in the courtyard. Kitchen: everything is available in sufficient quantity, also here a lot of space. Small deficiency: the fridge is a bit small. Excursion tip: Elbauen-Rundweg, great nature, storks, sea eagles, etc., great.

We spontaneously rented the accommodation and were even allowed to enter two hours earlier on request. The accommodation is beautifully located on a small lake and is a complete new building in a vacation home settlement. The amenities are really very good, very clean and the sauna is great for relaxing in the evening, we highly recommend it.

We were allowed to spend a few days in Jule's house and enjoyed it very much. The surrounding area is very nice, rural and quiet! The house offers a lot of comfort, has a large garden, which was perfect for our kids! We can definitely recommend this house! Thank you for a great break!

We had a wonderful family weekend with our two small children in the beautiful vacation home. The furnishings of the apartment are great, everything is very clean, cozy and beautifully maintained. The proximity to the beach, where there is also a fish stand, as well as to the ice cream parlor is perfect for a vacation with small children. Excursions to strawberry picking and Wismar can be reached quickly. For us personally, harder mattresses and a darkening of the windows would have been nice. Thank you for a lovely weekend getaway!

The place was so great. We, 6 adults, were very pleased about the 3 bedrooms. Two bathrooms and the sauna were very convenient, we were able to enjoy the time superbly. Kitchen/dining and living room cozy with the terrace (barbecue). We had a few windy days, great beach walks. The proximity to the sea is great. Just two houses down a great restaurant with delicious fish dishes. The communication with Romy and André was quick, friendly and straightforward. Thanks so much

We stayed in the apartment as a family with two children aged 2 and 6. The apartment was in a perfect fit for us. Outstanding was the great view of the Baltic Sea, which we only said goodbye to with a heavy heart. The apartment is very extensive and especially equipped for children. We really didn't miss anything. And not only that: every guest got a cup of personal engraving from Bettina. And because she learned about our booking about the two birthdays of our children during our stay, she had already provided gifts for both of them. It really blew us away. Overall the apartment was very neat and clean. Bettina is also always available. Conclusion: We'll be back! Bettina: we just felt completely comfortable and at home! Thank you for letting us meet you in person! You can tell you have a big heart for kids! Thanks for everything !!!

The apartment is in a great location, as described about 80 m from the beach. You can make good excursions from there. Apartment was great, great layout, everything available, and clean👍🏻. We felt very comfortable. The apartment was very well equipped (hairdryer, laundry rack for the balcony, many spices and kitchen utensils already available). The apartment was very clean and has a quiet location. Nice reception with welcome drinks (bottle of wine and water), as well as personal message.

We had a very relaxing few days. The apartment is really cute and nicely bright. We were able to look through between the houses and directly at the harbor. Everything is available in terms of amenities, we didn't miss anything. Everything worked smoothly. The garden is super nice and the seating on the lake is a dream.
