The accommodation was really very pleasant, conveniently located near Stuttgart, in a quiet and charming setting that invites you to relax. There were two of us and we benefited from a perfectly adapted space, not too big or too small. The comfort was there, which made our stay very pleasant. The value is excellent, making it a place I would recommend without hesitation. Erick is very responsive and gave us very clear instructions I won't hesitate to come back next time!

The accommodation was very well located, the train line was only a 5 minute walk and easily served to get to Stuttgart center. The place was satisfactory for 4 people, too bad we couldn't enjoy the floor which offered even more space. In terms of cleanliness everything was very good, the sofa bed had already been prepared by our hosts. Only negative point: Therewas a strong smell of cigarettes because of the neighbors when we arrived, opening the windows so it fades so it was not dramatic. Sven and Stefanie are very friendly hosts, active in answering our questions, especially to know where to park or how to get the Delta eco-vignette if you're traveling by car. We highly recommend their place for a weekend with friends. Thank you!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The loft was conveniently located to transportation, shops and restaurants. Parking was also safe in garage with easy building access. The loft had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our visit.

I booked an AirBNB for my in-laws for the first time and was super positively surprised. Glad to come back ;-)

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean and everything was exactly as indicated. Check-in was very easy and flexible. Alessandro was always available and responded quickly to questions. We were provided with a travel cot and high chair on request. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, very clean apartment, with everything I needed for 4 days in Stuttgart. Personally, I didn't find the surroundings so beautiful, but you are well connected and quickly in the center with public transport. Antonina was easy to reach with questions, the communication was friendly. I'd love to come back!

The place was very nice, the garden was wonderful, with a swing, trampoline, slide, sandbox and yakuzi! Perfect for those who, like us, have a dog and a child. In fact, even inside the property, various games and bookshelves are available for the little ones. We had a great rest because the area is very quiet. Absolutely recommended 👌

Sandra was a super friendly, responsive and helpful host and really made our stay a special one. Her place was extremely clean and thoughtfully set up - she told us she stays in many Airbnbs and has used her experience to ensure she provides all the bits and pieces that are sometimes missing at other places, and really make a difference to how good a stay is We were very comfortable there, and had everything we needed. The hot tub (warmed up in advance for us) was a wonderful bonus Thank you Sandra, we would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area

We felt very comfortable with Angelika and Patrick and had a lovely break in their fantastic bathroom exhibition. Due to the great location, we were able to explore a nice new area, for the windows we would have only wanted fly screens so that you can ventilate in the evening, otherwise we will be happy to come back.
