The residential area is very quiet and one of the best residential areas of Brühl. Parking is available on the street, 10 meters away. Wi-Fi, smart TV, DeLonghi espresso machine, Bluetooth jukebox. Stylish apartment in loft character with 3.20 m room height and large windows that was lovingly renovated at the end of 2024/25. It is perfect for 2-4 people with hotel-like amenities and is located in a quiet, central location in the lively district of Sülz. You sleep on a high-quality 1.80 m wide box spring bed. Originally a small hat factory was based here, the upper floors of the house have always been used as apartments.

The cottage, which is independent of our house (we live right next door), consists of two rooms and a bathroom. In the living room there is also a small kitchenette with 2 burner stove, dishes, coffee machine (Senseo), microwave, etc. The bed in the bedroom is 160x200. The shower room is the connection between the two rooms. One parking space is right in front of the cottage.
