Very nice apartment completely renovated like a loft in a house of character. Large living room bathed in light thanks to its numerous openings allowing to take advantage of the sun rays, including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a mezzanine accommodating a bed 160. A large bedroom with cupboards and shower room. A few minutes walk from downtown and on the direct axis to the island of Re. Settle down, you are at home!

A security deposit of €50 is required upon key handover. Clean and tidy upon arrival, all or part of this deposit will be deducted if the cleaning is not done. Free parking spaces right next door.
