Modern apartment to feel good in Salzwedel

Our 35 sqm apartment was modernized and designed in 2019. It looks bright and friendly as a result. The furnishings are functional, but also comfortable. You can reach the apartment behind the house via a staircase. The entrance is separate and is located on the upper floor of our single-family house built in 2010. The house is situated in beautiful green surroundings not far from the Dumme river, yet you can walk to the idyllic old town of Salzwedel in just a few minutes.

In nur zwei Gehminuten seid ihr am schönen Elbstrand oder dem Marktplatz mit kleinen Cafés und Stöbergeschäften. Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. Geheimtips für die besten Elbstrände zum picknicken und bestaunen der Sonnenuntergänge sind natürlich inklusive.

Natur Nest Nemitz – Living in the old stable

Our new, charming and lovingly furnished apartment is located in a former stable building of the old farm, just 700 m from the Nemitz Heath. The 60 sqm are divided into a kitchen, hallway, bathroom, a bedroom/living room and a beautiful wooden terrace - ideal for couples or solo travelers, suitable for a maximum of 3 people. Wallbox and bicycle shed are provided. On request, 1–2 horses can be accommodated (€20/night) – ideal for unforgettable star rides in great nature.

Wendland with dog up to 8 people, winter sauna!

Dannenberg in the beautiful Wendland with beautiful cycling trails, forests and the nearby Elbe. Great outdoor pool nearby, good nearby shopping, sauna can be booked from September to the end of April. (€10 hour) On weekends only book both nights, no one-night booking. It's an apartment, Airbnb presents it as a tree house! Large staircase to the top, large apartment, large balcony - no shared use. For check-in, the door is open from 3 pm, the key is inside.

Just let your mind wander

Spacious apartment with terrace in a lovely location. The nearest shops are in Wustrow (4 km) and Lüchow (8 km). If you want to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city, enjoy the tranquility and nature, this is the place to be. Village location, hardly any neighbors, the nearest bus stop is 1.5 km away and the nearest train station is 17 km away. Pure nature! To be mobile on site, it is therefore recommended to travel by car and/or bicycles.

Experience the Wendland in a unique atmosphere! Our lovingly developed apartment in the former cowshed combines rustic charm with modern comforts. On 75 sqm on the ground floor, it can accommodate 2 people – ideal for those seeking relaxation, nature lovers or for working from home. Our charming half-timbered house houses several residential units – one of them is your cozy apartment. There is a possibility to charge an electric car at our wallbox.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed 3-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the linden trees are pruned back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

You are booking a 2018 lovingly renovated and furnished approx. 80 square meter apartment in the beautiful Wendland. The apartment is fantastically located between a large organic orchard meadow and an 18-hole golf course. The garden and meadow offer you plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy nature. In the middle of the Wendland, this place invites you to relax and enjoy. The apartment is located in a historic farmhouse from 1847 and was completely renovated in 2022 and meets the highest standards. Ground level, on 111 square meters, this apartment is perfect for families or couples who want to explore the Wendland and its special features. The farmhouse is located in a Rundling surrounded by listed buildings and a lot of nature.

Stylish and bright apartment in the Wendland

The vacation rental is located on the upper floor of a beautiful listed half-timbered house from 1840 in a small village. It is spacious and bright and offers beautiful views of the large surrounding garden. We have lovingly furnished the apartment with partly antique furniture and contemporary art on the walls. In the garden, there is a private area for our guests on a meadow under apple trees to sit and relax.

The property is located on the edge of the pretty small town of Lüchow. The apartment on the upper floor of our house offers space to feel good. I live with my husband and our dog (shepherd mix, male, 7 years old) on the first floor of the house. The apartment has a bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and living room (sofa bed for 2 people) and a balcony. A crib can also be used, which we provide upon request.
