Modern apartment to feel good in Salzwedel

Our 35 sqm apartment was modernized and designed in 2019. It looks bright and friendly as a result. The furnishings are functional, but also comfortable. You can reach the apartment behind the house via a staircase. The entrance is separate and is located on the upper floor of our single-family house built in 2010. The house is situated in beautiful green surroundings not far from the Dumme river, yet you can walk to the idyllic old town of Salzwedel in just a few minutes.

Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. The apartment is fantastically located between a large organic orchard meadow and an 18-hole golf course. The garden and meadow offer you plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy nature. Country loft in a circular village

We welcome you to the beautiful and historic Rundling village of Satemin in Wendland. The former farmhouse from 1850 is divided into two residential units. The property is located in the former 110 sqm economic area and spacious tenning area. From there you have a protected view of the village square with the old half-timbered houses. On the lovingly planted courtyard with cobblestones is another small stable building and a rear barn.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer... 

Stylish and bright apartment

The vacation rental is located on the upper floor of a beautiful listed half-timbered house from 1840 in a small village. It is spacious and bright and offers beautiful views of the large surrounding garden. We have lovingly furnished the apartment with partly antique furniture and contemporary art on the walls. In the garden, there is a private area for our guests on a meadow under apple trees to sit and relax.

Apartment in a old half-timbered house. Private entrance with motion detector connected entrance lighting. Quietly located in side street, but in the middle of the village. Shopping within walking distance (5-8 min) Doctors and pharmacies in the village. Apartment is equipped with insect screens. The apartment can also be booked for one night. For this, I charge an additional €10 (to be paid in cash).

Our apartment is on a cul-de-sac within walking distance of the city center of Lüchow but still very quiet between Jeetzel and Stadtpark. It is housed with its own entrance in the separate annex. Indoor swimming pool, city park, Jeetzel and the city center are in walking distance. Pets can be brought with you upon request. The conditions for this must be agreed in advance

Sunny apartment

Enjoy the comfort of a fully equipped apartment on the upper floor of a former parish house, with old floorboards, light-filled rooms. Tempura mattresses in the bedroom guarantee a good night's sleep. In the cozy kitchen-living room, the freshly brewed coffee from the Siebtraeger machine smells. Three more people can sleep in a single room and on a pull-out sofa.
