Modern apartment to feel good in Salzwedel

Our 35 sqm apartment was modernized and designed in 2019. It looks bright and friendly as a result. The furnishings are functional, but also comfortable. You can reach the apartment behind the house via a staircase. The entrance is separate and is located on the upper floor of our single-family house built in 2010. The house is situated in beautiful green surroundings not far from the Dumme river, yet you can walk to the idyllic old town of Salzwedel in just a few minutes.

Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. Charming, family-friendly apartment on a fully managed estate (field management)! Living room with fireplace, bedroom with double bed, spacious shower room with washing machine, pretty, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The sofa in the living room can be pulled out to another double bed. A baby crib, baby bed and baby tub are provided. Small terrace area at your doorstep, garden to the rear, garden furniture available. Dogs are welcome by arrangement!

Great outdoor pool nearby, good nearby shopping, sauna can be booked from September to the end of April. (€10 hour) On weekends only book both nights, no one-night booking. It's an apartment, Airbnb presents it as a tree house! Large staircase to the top, large apartment, large balcony - no shared use. For check-in, the door is open from 3 pm, the key is inside.

Surrounded by the historic Rundling, the farmhouse is surrounded by listed buildings and lots of nature.

Spacious apartment with terrace in a lovely location. The nearest shops are in Wustrow (4 km) and Lüchow (8 km). If you want to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city, enjoy the tranquility and nature, this is the place to be. Village location, hardly any neighbors, the nearest bus stop is 1.5 km away and the nearest train station is 17 km away. Pure nature! To be mobile on site, it is therefore recommended to travel by car and/or bicycles.

Our charming half-timbered house houses several residential units – one of them is your cozy apartment. There is a possibility to charge an electric car at our wallbox.

You are booking a 2018 lovingly renovated and furnished approx. 80 square meter apartment in the beautiful Wendland. The apartment is fantastically located between a large organic orchard meadow and an 18-hole golf course. The garden and meadow offer you plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy nature. kulturhaus wahrenberg

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

The property is located on the edge of the pretty small town of Lüchow. The apartment on the upper floor of our house offers space to feel good. I live with my husband and our dog (shepherd mix, male, 7 years old) on the first floor of the house. The apartment has a bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and living room (sofa bed for 2 people) and a balcony. A crib can also be used, which we provide upon request.

Vacation home Petra

Our apartment is located in a cul-de-sac within walking distance of the city center of Lüchow but still very quiet between Jeetzel and the city park. It is housed with its own entrance in the separate outbuilding. Indoor swimming pool, city park, Jeetzel and the city center are within walking distance. Pets can be brought along on request. The conditions for this must be agreed in advance
