Our three one-room apartments — Ahorn, Linde, and Birke — combine the historic charm of Herbsthausen with contemporary design. Each apartment is completely unique and has been modernized by us. They offer space for two to three people each. The apartments are part of “Herbsthausen”, an cultural project in the town of Gartow. We are renovating a historic sawmill and transforming it into a future-oriented place for art, industrial heritage, living, working, international exchange, and relaxation.

We welcome you to the beautiful and historic Rundlingsdorf Satemin in Wendland. The former farmhouse from 1850 is divided into two residential units. The property is located in the former 110 m² commercial part and spacious tiled area. From there you have a sheltered view of the village square with the old half-timbered houses. On the lovingly planted courtyard with cobblestones there is another small stable building and a rear barn.

It is housed with its own entrance in the separate outbuilding. Indoor swimming pool, city park, Jeetzel and the city center are within walking distance. Pets can be brought along on request. Enjoy the comfort of a fully equipped apartment on the top floor of a former rectory with old plank floors and light-flooded rooms. Tempura mattresses in the bedroom guarantee a good night's sleep.
