Bagnols, village of Beaujolais, for one night or more, in a quiet area, we welcome you in an independent studio of 25 m², including 1 double bed, if necessary 1 baby bed. A full shower room, for your well-being, a microwave, a coffee maker and a kettle are at your disposal. For your breakfast, coffee, tea, and fresh fruit are provided. Parking spaces are available in front of the house. Located 30 km from Lyon city center Studio completely renovated in August 2024.

L'haussmannien

Enjoy the Haussmannian in the heart of the city of Anse. It consists of one bedroom and two sofa beds for a total of four beds. It is close to all amenities, train station, highway, restaurants. A huge parking lot is located in front of the building and it is close to all tourist places, such as the little train, Lake Colombier for swimming or paddle boarding, the castle of Saint Trys and the towers, quad bike rides, or cross electric scooter.(Carrefour 250 m away)

Train and bus access close by to reach Lyon and Villefranche. 3-minute walk to the École de la Voix.

Apartment in Anse in the heart of greenery, completely refurbished that can accommodate up to 4 people. It has an equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and senseo coffee machine open to the living room with a sofa bed. A bedroom with a 160x190 bed with a closet, an attached bathroom with shower and toilet. A beautiful terrace with a lovely view. The accommodation as an extension of our dwelling is independent, access is via a staircase ( see photo).

The house is located, at the gates of the Beaujolais and the Golden Stones, 10 km from Villefranche-sur-Saône and 25 km from central Lyon. Ideally located in a village near an exit of the A6 motorway, the listing is located in a wing of our family home (character house), and has a private entrance. It is organized on two levels, can accommodate 4 people and a baby. The whole property benefits from wifi via fiber, and is non-smoking.

The accommodation is ideally located to enjoy the beauty of Beaujolais while staying close to activities and shops. The apartment has a terrace in a flowery and wooded area. We live next door and will be available if needed.

You will have access to the entire accommodation which consists of 2 bedrooms, a living/dining room, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. You will find personal effects (photos, grandmother's dishes...) it's normal this accommodation is for me a way to supplement my retirement while sharing my experience as a superhost and my friendliness.
