Please be aware that we don’t accept any parties. Maximum four people, five the most if you have children

Centrally located next to Medical City McKinney at the intersection of Highway 121 and 75. 1 Bed (King), 1 Full bathroom and a fold out couch. Stair-access only (not handicap friendly). Zero party tolerance. Camera at the front door to break up parties before the 4th person shows up and you will be fined and lose your rental fee.
