A place to feel good – like a home away from home Our time at this beautiful apartment was simply fantastic. As soon as you enter, you can feel how much love for detail and style the accommodation was furnished with. Each element is thoughtfully and lovingly selected – a perfect blend of coziness and tasteful design. We felt like at home from the first moment. Everything was sparkling clean, equipped to a high standard and radiated a warm, inviting atmosphere. A big thank you also to the host, who was always helpful and easy to reach – friendly, attentive and always with an open ear for questions or wishes. This apartment is a real insider tip and we will be happy to come back!

We really enjoyed the vacation, it was the most beautiful apartment so far. The furnishings are perfect and you can't get enough of the view of Lake Schwerin. The old town, the harbor and the castle can be reached in 30 minutes on foot; in about 5 minutes you can buy fresh fish or smoked fish and in about 10 minutes you are at a swimming spot with a great little bistro with deck chairs. From the apartment, we took various great bike tours around all kinds of lakes - just beautiful... I'm sure we'll be back!

Lovingly furnished apartment in the heart of the city. Our highlight was the small balcony with morning and evening sun and views of the cathedral. The apartment was very clean and well furnished. We didn't miss anything. The storage space for our bikes in the courtyard was perfect for us. We would book the apartment again anytime. Thanks to the host!

We had wonderful days in Jacqueline's great apartment. With its two bedrooms and two bathrooms and the large living room, the apartment was perfect for a relaxing girls' vacation. Everything is very tasteful, personal and furnished with a lot of love for detail, so we immediately felt at home. The amenities are perfect and nothing is missing. The apartment is located in an absolutely quiet residential area. Unfortunately, there is no lake view, but it is only a few steps to the lake and the covered terrace with a cozy lounge corner and view of the idyllic garden invites you to sit outside. Walking, you are in about 20-25 minutes in the city center of Schwerin. There is probably also a bus, but we didn't use it, especially since the footpath is really nice - always along the lake shore. All in all, my absolute recommendation for this apartment!

Everything as shown in the photos and as described. The room/apartment looks a little uncomfortable, because, for example, all the walls are bare and there are no decorative elements. But you can already see this in the pictures. If you don't value "nice" accommodation, it's perfect: uncomplicated key handover, everything clean, comfortable bed, good shower, great fireplace for cold evenings and the location is unbeatable and simply the absolute dream so close to the beach. We would definitely come back.

We were ready for a break from our travels so Bernd’s house was just perfect. It’s in a quiet setting and a comfortable place to relax. The house is spacious with outdoor seating and BBQ, overlooking the garden. It has everything you would need and the hosts were very generous, leaving some gifts for us to try. Bernd’s was easily contactable and responsive in dealing with a problem that arose on our first night in the property. I would highly recommend for a quiet relaxing break.

Our stay at this place was just fantastic. From the first moment, we felt at home here. The lakeside location was truly exceptional – every day we had a new, breathtaking view of the water, which varied depending on the light and weather. It was the ideal place to unwind and relax. At the same time, thanks to the central location, we were able to easily explore numerous beautiful cities and attractions in the area, such as Schwerin, Wismar and the island of Poel.
