Vacation rentals with beach access in Lubmin

We stayed at Villa Groth for a week in March. We enjoyed both the location and the apartment with amenities and ambiance very much. In any case recommended!

We felt right at home. The apartment was even nicer than in the photos. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. We had everything you could ever need in terms of amenities. The location is really great: Quiet and located in the middle of the forest. The apartment above us was also occupied, but you really don't notice it at all. The highlight was the private sauna. But it takes about half an hour to heat up, but then it stays warm for half an hour after the time is up! We can recommend the apartment 100% and will definitely be back!

Ideal accommodation for those seeking peace. Away from the hustle and bustle, very close to two beach accesses that can be reached on foot. Next to meadows with many bunnies. Also ideally located with a dog! In May, we were almost alone on the beach and could enjoy the sound of the waves. Restaurants within walking distance. Excellent amenities in the apartment! We were completely satisfied and enjoyed the afternoon sun on the balcony.

The apartment "Steernkieker" offers maritime holiday flair and scored with us especially with the fireplace as well as the view of the sky directly from the comfortable bed on the upper floor as a special coziness element. The apartment is surrounded by a spacious well-kept garden area, which offers various seating and lounging areas. In this way, a harmonious overall feeling is created, which made it very easy for us to take a break from everyday life. Frank welcomed us with an open-minded chat, was available as a host on site and thus paved the way for a successful stay in the north.

We were in Silvia's apartment with 2 adults and 2 children. The contact with Silvia in advance was great, she again provided very good information for check-in. The apartment was clean, very lovingly decorated and very well equipped. There was nothing we missed. The kids liked using the pool, the sauna area was very clean and (when I used it) it was also not very crowded. A bio sauna and Finnish sauna can be used here. I didn't find the apartment to be very loud, either. Very rarely have people been heard in the hallway. The location is great - really just a few meters from the sea. The baker is right outside the door, the underground parking is definitely super useful and for us again an absolute goodie: a beach chair. Mega practical. So, we'll be happy to come back. Silvia was super accessible in between when there was a question about the key. We felt very comfortable.

Very nicely located apartment almost directly on the pier and therefore also very close to the beach. Great restaurants nearby. The apartment was very nice and clean. Everything you could ever need was there. If you arrive by car, the underground parking is also super convenient. I'd love to come back.

Appartement in a beautiful garden full of flowers with very nice host, who was always around and willing to help us! Great place (near Prora and a beach, not far to all interesting places of Rügen) to stay for several days or even weeks.

My family and I, as nature lovers, felt very comfortable in this house, the 4 days we spent there will be repeated. There was nothing missing, very nice location, relaxing. Jan is a very nice, friendly host.

We stayed with our shepherd dog for a long weekend with Dirk, as the property was completely locked, the dog could roam freely and was able to let off steam well in the field behind. For my parents and I, everything we needed to relax and unwind was perfect. We are very grateful for the nice weekend

We enjoyed our 5 night stay very much, the home was equipped with everything we needed, the location is perfect and the views from the backyard and the balcony are breathtaking. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, it is the perfect getaway!

The house is in a beautiful and quiet cottage settlement. The surrounding area is very clean. Especially with a dog, it is very good,thanks to the high hedge our dog was able to lie down and relax on the lawn. It is also not far to the water,a small 5-10 minute walk and you were on a small stretch of beach for swimming. The key handover went smoothly and the building management could be reached at any time in case of questions or problems. The house was very clean and really cozy for 2 people,you can even vacation there as a family with 2 children. In the kitchen there was everything you needed,kettle,coffee maker,toaster and even a small dishwasher and washing machine were available. The beds in the bedroom were also very clean and cozy,we could sleep very well. All in all, we can only recommend this small and cozy house for a nice holiday by the lake to relax and unwind.

We arrived at the property very late. It was good that the key was handed over by code. The house is very quiet at the end of Rankwitz. That was very pleasant. There is a spacious living room with well-equipped American kitchen and fireplace. We made ourselves comfortable there. The two bedrooms are also spacious. The bathroom is huge. The place was ideal for us and our two dogs. Unfortunately, we have found little opportunity in the area to walk along the backwater. But it didn't matter, we drove to the sea with the dogs anyway and were on the beach there. All in all it was a successful getaway. Unfortunately, it's too short. By the way, our host Andreas was available online almost 24/7. Thank you for this and for patiently answering questions, which of course you have also found in documents and information sheets, when you then found time to read it.

It was just great with Karsta and Gerd. Great quiet location, only 2 km to the Bodden, great furnishings, very clean, everything you need. Even fresh flowers in the vases. Super garden with cozy terrace. A go-kart for the kids. And very nice, warm hosts. Only the walk-through bedroom prevents us from coming again, but that is also due to our complicated sleeping needs. ;) Thank you so much for this great place to stay!!

We immediately felt comfortable in Janin's red cottage near the beach. The furnishings of the beach pearl are very well maintained and lovingly designed. Through the large windows we enjoyed the open view of the pine trees. Due to a clever layout of the rooms, the small cottage looks very spacious. Easy communication with Janine and the caretaker service, which we once had to use. Also, thanks for the flowers🙂

Very nice place as shown in the pictures. Peaceful surroundings with plenty of walking and biking trails. The kitchen is well equipped, small amounts of vinegar+oil as well as spices and coffee filters were also available. Attention: The faucet in the kitchen delivers extremely hot water! There is a gas grill on the terrace that worked optimally. Bathroom with towels and toiletries. Sauna worked perfectly. Unfortunately, the oven of the hot tub did not work so well, so the water did not get really warm. The place was fenced as described, but the fence slats were relatively far apart in some places, so smaller dogs can fit through and run out here. This should be adjusted. Overall, highly recommended despite the above points. Optimal place to relax. Note: The high season in the village probably doesn't start until May. Therefore, some things like beer garden/snack bar were still closed.

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Dominik's place. This is very high quality, at the same time cozy, the wonderful sauna is of course a highlight and for us the free entry to the ahoi thermal baths was also a big hit. The proximity to Binz, various activities such as the treetop trail and Karls Erdbeerhof, the playground and the nice restaurants right next door completed our perfect relaxing weekend. Dominik was always easily accessible and very eager to help with any questions. We'll be back soon, thank you so much!

We had a great stay! The location of the Lotsenhaus is indescribable and the small Barhöft perfect for a long weekend! The apartment is very cozy and offers plenty of space! Highly recommended.

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It is clear that the preservation and cleanliness of the property is of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and also otherwise everything else you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. You can also walk to the train station in less than 10 minutes and the bus runs in front of the house. Shopping is available in Ahlbeck - here you can get there by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment was therefore an ideal starting point for our activities. There is also a box in the apartment, with all kinds of information and programs, to encourage leisure activities. For questions, or "extra requests" on our part, the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We stayed in the apartment for the second time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and color-dimmable mood lighting. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could sleep sleep very well. The view from the bedroom is impressive, over the south balcony to the Achterwasser is impressive. In the cornered, bright living room there are various areas, so that families with children also have plenty of space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and sometimes baked, from high-quality pots to the waffle iron, everything is available. We've never had such a good TV in an apartment and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. The fact that there is a swimming pool, sauna and gym in the house is very pleasant. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. Very positive is the proximity to the beach, within walking distance in three, four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin is also a 5-minute walk away and we used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

We are repeat offenders! We have now driven into this apartment several times with our two children. The size is perfect for us. We love the location and can recommend the apartment to everyone with a clear conscience.

We spent a few great days five minutes from the sea and also loved the proximity to shops, spa park and Co. We are more than happy to recommend this place.
