The apartment is located 30 m from the lake in the 200-year-old horse stable of the manor house. It was expanded in 2018 with a lot of clay and love. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, free private sauna, large kitchen with fireplace and a terrace with beautiful views of the lake. From the jetty you can fish, swim or watch birds. There is free canoe, paddle boat, SUP, adventure playground with tree swing, fireplace, table tennis table, badminton, beach chair and sun loungers.

Vacation "Briese" near Wismar

Our small, fine apartment is located on the upper floor of our house. The apartment can be reached via a separate entrance. As can be seen in the photos, there is a large room from which a small kitchen has been separated. The kitchen has a ceramic stovetop, kettle and filter coffee maker, as well as the usual dishes. In the living/sleeping area there is a nice bed (2x2) and a few small cabinets. There is also a beautiful bathroom with shower.

Welcome to "Villa Ines" ... 🌞 This special accommodation, at 70 square meters, is ideal for 2-3 people (including garden use). The surroundings invite you to go biking and hiking. The center of Wismar is a 7-minute drive away. Our attractive island of Poel can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The island's coastline features rugged cliffs or beautiful, wide sandy beaches. Our painter's apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a living and dining room, a spacious bathroom with washing machine and bathtub as well as a small kitchen.
