The villa has recently been redecorated and refurbished including new carpets, flooring, beds, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. Radiators in each bedroom along with electric blankets. Mitsubishi Hypercore heat pump for the lounge to keep it cosy.

Shouse ~ combination of a shed & house, off the grid style. Located on a peaceful lifestyle block, make the most of a quiet location with the feeling of being off the grid with no wifi or tv. Situated 3km from town on our rural lifestyle block, making the most of the views of Lake Te Anau. The shouse has all the necessities needed, a living area, kitchen, bathroom, sleeping area is upstairs in an open mezzanine style room (please note a lower ceiling) and slightly steeper and narrow stairs.

Situated 10 mins from the township of Winton, central Southland. We are a sheep and crop farm, good views over the paddocks from the hut deck. All the basics you need, bed, chair, table, kitchen, bathroom and then your own outside eating area and bath on the deck under the veranda. Nearest town is Winton 10 mins away , with supermarket, choice of places to eat or takeaway. The accommodation has recently been renovated to meet the needs of both cyclists and fishermen alike. There is ample storage and charging for bikes. Close to Lumsden township where you can stop for coffee at one of the cafes and stock up on amenities.
