The cottage is situated in the heart of the village and is a short walk from the local gastro pub and a short drive from a host of South West Wales' finest beaches. Square Island is a peaceful, rural location adjacent to a small farm with Pembroke town and several outstanding beaches just a short drive away. The Barn is a converted donkey stable, with traditional lime plaster walls and upcycled timber giving it a rustic feel. The courtyard is gated and secure for pets, perfect for drinks and BBQ in the summer. No children under 12 due to fire safety regs on the sleeping mezzanines. It has its own slipway, providing direct access to the estuary for beach walks and launching small boats, canoes and paddleboards . The cottage has been recently restored and furnished to a very high standard. It has a new kitchen and new bathrooms, full central heating and a wood-burning stove.
