Completely renovated with two sleeping options, new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, wooden floorboards, box spring bed and fireplace for colder days. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The high ceilings and exposed beams give it a loft-like character. Everything is new, bright and modern. In the bathroom there is a walk-in glass shower.

Der frühere Heuboden über dem Pferdestall wurde zu einem großzügigen, modernen Loft-Apartment umgebaut. Unsere grüne Oase bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick über die Hügellandschaft des Steigerwaldes, in der man die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Wer die Nähe zur Natur und den Tieren sucht ist bei uns genau richtig.

A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.
