Gemütliches Apartment im wunderschönen Kallmünz

Our Apartment is overlooking the lovely town of Kallmuenz which is also home to a quite nice art scene. We always have been interested in other cultures and lively people. This influenced our approach to be hosts ourselves a lot. We always think about what we would like to find in a place and try to make the stay for our guests more like living in a home rather than a hotel. Sehr schöne 3-Sterne Ferienwohnung, mit großer Terrasse und Grill, in bester Lage, direkt am Waldrand und sehr zentral. Die Wohnung ist in einem eigenen Hausteil mit eigener Zufahrt. Das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß ca. 20 min. entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle für Stadt- und Skibus ist ca. 8 min. entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich das Saunadorf, Tennisplätze und das Langlaufstadion. Nutzung von WLAN, Fahrräder und Nordic - Stöcke ist kostenlos. Der Kurbeitrag ist bei Anreise zu bezahlen.
