We just finished the apartment October 1st, 2017. Spacious apartment bright clean and newly refurbished in historic Viennese building. Apartment consists if large entryway with small balcony, 2 very large bedrooms with locked doors, living room, TV, Internet, Bose „SoundTouch 10“, bathroom with washer and dryer , fully equipped kitchen with table for 6. Peaceful, comfortable and quiet on side street. Grocery store , post office, drug store shops and restaurants all just 1 minute away. Buses, trams and subways all close by. 20 minute walk to the St. Stephan Cathedral. Prestigious 9th district with Freud Museum 10 minutes away. Palace Liechtenstein 5 minutes (URL HIDDEN) much to see and do! This apartment is in an urban area in the 9th district of Vienna, famous for elegant living. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the magnificent Liechtenstein Palace and park. RING Strasse is nearby where all the historic jewels of Vienna can be found. There is public transport nearby: Underground Line U2 Bus 40a Tramway Line D, 38, 41, 42 NEW !!! CITY TAX !!! Please be informed that due to new regulations in Vienna, we are obliged by law to collect a city tax from our guests. We will need to charge 3,2% of your accommodation costs including the cleaning fee. Unfortunately, the tax cannot be collected directly over Airbnb and therefore needs to be paid at the check-in in cash. Please be so kind and prepare the amount in Euros. I could not be happier about the staying at Wiltrud's AirBnB. I stayed there for 6 entire months and I have not one single complaint to make, only compliments. When we stay at an AirBnB, we search for something that works like a clock, and that's what Wiltrud competence and attention provided me. If you are looking for a place to stay in Vienna for a while, I really strongly recommend this place. I had even friends who had to leave before me, because their staying time was over, and they decide afterwards to come back, just to have the same peace. If that doesn't convince us, I don't know what would.

We spent four days here during the long weekend. The house is located in an Austrian village close to the autobahn. It’s a 25-minute drive from Bratislava and 40 minutes from Vienna. As guests, we had access to the ground floor and the backyard, which includes a grill area and a hot tub. The house is modern and equipped with everything you need: a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, etc. The rooms are well designed, spacious, and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

Ik heb hier een fijne tijd gehad. Na lange wandelingen was de douche en het bed, een kado voor mijn lichaam. De nachten waren rustig waardoor ik heerlijk heb kunnen slapen. De communicatie verliep soepel en de host was snel bereikbaar wanneer ik vragen had. De instructies voor het verblijf waren duidelijk. Een aanrader! Ik zal zeker terugkomen wanneer ik weer in de buurt ben. :)

모든게 다 준비되어 있는 숙소 !! 샤워가운, 수건, 조리도구, 냉장고, 세탁기 심지어 젓가락도 있어서 따로 뭘 살필요가 없었어요 샤워용품(샴푸 바디워시..)이랑 화장품, 옷만 챙겨오면 돼요 쉐어하우스인데도 냉장고 나름 넉넉하게 수납가능하고 침대가 진짜 넓어서 굴러다녀도 안떨어졌어요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 시내랑 좀 떨어져있어서 불편하지 않을까 걱정했는데 지하철 4호선 타면 karlsplatz까지 10분이면 가고 중앙역가는 18번, 서역가는 6번 트램 전부 도보5분거리라 어디든 가기 편합니당 3개월 장기숙박인데도 편하게 머무를 수 있었어요. 같은 시기에 숙박하는 룸메들만 괜찮으면 진짜 좋은 숙소인듯 방음이 잘 되진 않아서 옆방이랑 공용공간에서 늦게까지 떠드는 소리 다 들리거든요 .. 10~11시쯤부턴 조용해지는 편인데 가끔 안그런날은 잠안오긴해요 ㅋㅋ 유일한 단점? 버스나 도로 소음은 오히려 신경 안쓰이고 가끔 앰뷸런스 소리에 잠깨는정도였어용 종종 뭐 고장나거나 집에 문제생겼을때 빌트루드한테 연락하면 바로바로 답장오는 것도 좋았어요 굿.. 저 사는동안 식세기 전자레인지 고장나고 샤워실배수 안되고 했는데 당장 해결은 안되더라도 피드백 바로바로 줘서 안답답하고 기다릴 수 있었음 환율 올라서 좀 비싸지긴했지만 관리비 다 포함된거 생각하면 비엔나에서 이 가격에 이런 집 못구할거같긴해요 한국분들 저렴한 가격에 장기숙박하실거면 추천합니당

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, keine 5 min vom Bahnhof. Die Wohnung war einfach traumhaft! Alles entsprach der Beschreibung und war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich, haben immer schnell geantwortet und waren mit dem Check-Out sehr unkompliziert und flexibel. Wir würden immer wieder dieses Airbnb buchen!

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal da, und haben es wieder sehr genossen. Sauber, hell, Ausstattung und Aufteilung der Zimmer passt und die umliegende Gegend ist wunderschön. Vor allem aber war die Kommunikation sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir kommen gerne auch noch ein drittes Mal :-)
