Conveniently located halfway between the Seward small boat harbor and Seward´s historic downtown. Both are within a short walking distance along a coastal trail that is just one block from the front door. The trail is part of the original Iditarod Trail. Very clean and private with 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, dishwasher,1 bathroom,wifi, TV Roku, Washer and Dryer. Adjacent to our other vacation rental.Great for someone who wants to have a rental for 8 to 10 people, as the two units are by side.

First of all... We are a retired military couple with one of the longest running nightly rentals in this area! We try very hard to make sure you have a great stay, and we feel our 4.9+ Star rating shows that! Now for the Kodiak Cabin!... This studio style cabin is perfect for a couple! There is a fully furnished kitchen, a bath with a Huge shower and dual flush toilet, King bed in the bedroom area, a great new couch, TV, wifi, and a closet in the living room area. Just bring your clothes!

Our apartment is right in the heart of Seward. One block from waterfront and bike path, short walking distance to three playgrounds, close to boat harbor and a few blocks from hiking trails! Enjoy waterfront views from the apartment. The apartment has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a large kitchen, WIFI, TV to watch DVD movies, washer and dryer and private entrance with front deck. The cabin is 800 sq ft, 2 bedrooms (1 king/1 queen pillow top beds) the couch pulls out to a bed or I have a double sized memory foam bed available for a 5th person. There’s a bathroom w/ shower and Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, living room area with Smart 65 inch tv, and wifi. Covered deck off the front with a bbq and a fire pit.
