The 1st floor has a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace a bedroom w/ a queen size bed, the only bathroom on the 1st floor. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms one with twin beds and 1 master bedroom with a queen bed.

Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.

Jessica’s place is the perfect stay for families staying in the Cincinnati area. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The place had everything we needed for a long weekend. The area is very walkable with great restaurants and bike paths/walking paths near by. Jessica was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again with my family! We loved our stay at John's place! It is surrounded by woods and it just felt so peaceful- just the kind of relaxation I needed in the mornings with my coffee. John was extremely responsive and checked in while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to be close to downtown Loveland but with some privacy.

An outdoor seating area is situated around a fire pit, featuring two chairs and benches set on gravel. Lush green grass stretches beyond the fire pit, framed by trees and a wooden fence that encloses the spacious yard.

Loved staying here! The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The washer and dryer were new and worked well. The driveway provided convenient parking. Enjoyed being close to all the downtown Loveland amenities. We would stay here again!

The cottage was amazing and accommodating. Yvonne and Stephen left no stone unturned. Their communication was very prompt and welcoming. My experience was a very pleasant one and I look forward to future stays when visiting family.

Perfect for a short weekend stay. We had a family reunion in Loveland and this house was centrally located, very close to the bike trails and downtown Loveland and it was very nicely done inside.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit faces the river and bike trail. The windows are tree level and there were a lot of birds to watch. We had a few groups of friends come to visit and it was very convenient to eat at the brewery and then come back to the unit to chat. Kitchen is adequate to prepare simple meals, we cooked dinner for one guest. Bed is comfortable, unit is clean and nicely decorated. The complex has the feeling of being in a natural area without being too for from the beaten path. Closets are large and pack and play or air mattresses for kiddos could fit there. A few things to mention as a heads up, these things are part of the industrial vibe---a few areas of the floor are slightly raised and rough, the walls of the second bedroom don't go all the way up to the ceiling, and occasionally some low level noise from other residents and their dogs. We would like to stay here again as the nature vibe is very relaxing.
