Wonderful stay at the Happy Place Hideaway, it had everything we could possibly need. Great location for easy and beautiful drive to Rocky Mountain National Park and Loveland is just the cutest town. Highly recommend!!

Very nice and spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. Andi is very responsive and was willing to work with us to adjust check in and out times. Much appreciated! Comfy bed and beautiful open kitchen. My little dog loved exploring the backyard!

I enjoyed my stay here for 6 nights. Everything I needed. Peaceful & quiet. Bed was so comfortable! I enjoyed hearing the chickens occasionally. I needed to extend my stay at the last minute & hosts responded within minutes! They communicate so well & I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend staying here when near Loveland.

This is a very cozy place! Such a rare combination. A great big house and wild nature in the form of a river, mountains and trees. Lots of space, everything is convenient and comfortable. I could just sit all day by the river and look at the water, it's relaxing. We checked in quickly, without personal meetings with the owner. Everything is simple. Everything you might need is in the house. Take a fishing rod with you. Sleeping with the window open, to the sound of the river, is a dream. Hot herbal tea, on the balcony, overlooking the river. I just left there, but I already want to go back!

This rental is fantastic! Close to town, but a peaceful quiet retreat. The house is immaculate with a fully stocked kitchen. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the deck with the propane firepit and watching the sunset. Bonus were the chickens that entertained us! Our son has lived in Ft. Collins for 7 years and this was hands down the best rental we have ever had in Fort Collins. Can't wait to return.

I was in town to visit a long time friend who happened to live within walking distance. Diane & John’s place was perfect for my visit. Everything was very clean and tidy. The space was well appointed and organized. The bed was comfortable and the entire space relaxing. I also appreciated the fact that I was not expected to do a lot of cleanup.

This was the second time we have stayed in an Airbnb and it was nice to be able to meet the host. ( it was by coincidence) she was very friendly. The moment we walked in it felt like we were home. I enjoyed reading other people’s comments and seeing where they were from visiting Tamra’s home. would definitely recommend staying here

Our stay at the Empty Nest was comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood is safe and the location is convenient to pretty much anything you'd want to do in FOCO. Glenn is attentive but not intrusive. We were happy with our visit & will likely return.

An amazing stay! The place was super clean and cute — just like the photos. Diana was nothing but kind and super communicative and fun to talk to. A lovely hour and I loved the proximity to so many places.

I had a fantastic stay at Tim’s apartment in Fort Collins! Communication was excellent from start to finish—Tim was responsive and thoughtful, and his local restaurant recommendations were spot on. Traveling alone with my small kids, I really appreciated how safe and comfortable the space felt. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we could have possibly needed. Plus, being able to walk into town quickly and easily was a huge bonus. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Marc has a beautiful home! Waking up and being surrounded by mountains is an amazing feeling and adds so much to the experience! The place was very cozy and has a homie feel. There are lots of things to do around Boulder and great places to explore!! I would recommend this stay to anyone.

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely wonderful time in Boulder June 2025 and it was amazing to come back to Jennie’s place after a long day of hiking and fun! Beautiful, quiet neighbourhood, cool and comfortable apartment with kitchen with all the essentials and super comfy bed! Jennie was lovely and always available if we had any questions. We had a great stay with Nikki! The bed was comfortable and the garden was super peaceful. We went to the restaurant she recommended twice because it was so good (the west side tavern) Although the ceiling was a bit low for my 6”4 fiancé, I would definitely recommend her place!

I would definitely stay there again. I felt safe, it was easy to find what I needed from this accessible location.

The host was really good with communication and always responded very quickly. The Airbnb was beautiful and exactly as described. It was very easy to walk to Empower Field. The parking garage was small, but other than that it was a great!!

OUTSTANDING!!!! Brian's place was fantastic and had everything we needed, including every kitchen item for cooking meals you could possibly imagine as well as a watch battery when my son's died right before his Ironman event. Brian's communication both in response to questions and when being proactive was EXCEPTIONAL! Would not hesitate to book Brian's place or any other property he may own!

We loved our stay at Natsliya's. Her condo was comfortable and peaceful. Close to everything we wanted to do, no more than 15 to 20 mins. we loved relaxing on her beautiful patio! Nataliya was responsive and gave excellent suggestions. Highly recommend her condo!

loved the space, so nice to have a big kitchen and great room. super comfy beds and furniture. really loved having the hot tub. this unit has no stairs which was also super nice!

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect - very peaceful and serene, but still super close to everything. They’ve thought of everything with personal touches to the room, as well as a very helpful guidebook. The accommodations were lovely, comfortable and very clean. Bed was very comfy and the sound of the creek was meditative. We will absolutely stay here again and I hope to be able to try out some of the other cabins on the property.

Excellent stay in Estes. Location could not be more convenient, very walkable to all bars and restaurants downtown. Nice unit and just as described. Would stay here again!
