Πρόκειται για μια άνετη εξοχική οικία, που απέχει μόλις 20 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα και βρίσκεται στον επαρχιακό, παραθαλάσσιο δρόμο μεταξύ Λυγιάς και Βράχου. Το N e r a d u House είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό ισόγειο πέτρινο στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Φαναριωτατικα. Eίναι το τρίτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του N e ra d u house και περιβάλλεται από έναν υπεραιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.
