The beach village of Ag. Theodori is approximately an hour outside of Athens on the way to Corinth. “Villa Sofia” was the perfect bungalow to spend our final three days in Greece and to visit lifelong friends who live in this village. Just steps away from the boardwalk and the beach, we found our own private oasis. Named in honor of the hosts’ mother, the home was just as described. The hosts have done a wonderful job remodeling this cozy “home away from home”—including soundproof windows, automatic shutters, AC, a modern bathroom/kitchen, two bedrooms and a sitting room. We can’t forget to mention the patio with views of the sea. Constantinos and Filippos were very responsive and accommodating hosts who picked us up from the train station and made sure we were dropped off again to catch the 6:24am train to the Athens Airport for departing flights. Upon arrival, we found a bottle of red wine, fresh grapes, watermelon, coffee, and plenty of bottled water. Thank you to our hosts!

Όλα ήταν όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Το σπίτι μια χαρά με όλες τις ανέσεις! Περάσαμε υπέροχα και η θάλασσα με τα πόδια κάπου στα 5-10 λεπτά. Ο Βαγγέλης στο τηλέφωνο ότι τον χρειαστείς άμεσα. Ευχαριστούμε!

Magnifique emplacement et magnifique endroit! Calme et reposant. La maison est très bien équipée et propre. Nous avions du cafe et de la nourriture pour ne pas avoir à courir au magasin dès notre arrivée. Il y a des jeux pour les enfants et une. Planche très agréable à mettre à l’eau pour découvrir la mer. Cet endroit est juste magnifique et très bien entretenu. Nous reviendrons! Merci aux hôtes pour leur disponibilité et leur accueil 🙏

The family really go out of their way to make you comfortable, a very nice family. The apartment is really comfortable with amazing views and so relaxing. We will be highly recommending this property to our family and friends.

Θέλωντας να περάσουμε τρεις όμορφες μέρες στους Αγίους Θεοδώρους, επιλέξαμε το σπίτι του Ηρακλή. Πραγματικά μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι μεγάλοι και μικροί. Το σπίτι ήταν ευρύχωρο και καθαρό. Η μεγάλη βεράντα του με θέα την θάλασσα μας προσέφερε στιγμές χαλάρωσης. Δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Ο Ηρακλής καθ'όλη την διάρκεια της διαμονής μας ήταν σε επικοινωνία μαζί μας για οτιδήποτε χρειαστούμε. Φιλικός και πολύ ευγενικός! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Our family had a wonderful stay here. The villa is beautiful especially the outdoor area with pool, seating and barbecue area with a stunning view where we spent most our time. It is a little off the beaten track which we loved. Agioi Theodoroi is a small town but has everything you need including lovely restaurants and cafe options. We were also well located for a couple of sightseeing trips including Ancient Corinth and Athens. I would also add that a little cat also calls this villa home. She is lovely and friendly, and we enjoyed her company but it’s a consideration for those who have severe cat allergies. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for an authentic Greek holiday experience.

Our holiday in this house was beyond our expectations. Finding the place clean and all essentials inside, the stay was truly comfortable and easy. The owner of the house was very responsive to all our questions, and kind. Location of the house is also perfect; just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and very convenient to restaurants in which you can find great Greek cousine. I highly recommend this property for anyone who seeks a calm holiday in a well-cared-for home in such a convenient setting as well as a a beautiful beach and the sea. Hope to visit there again !

The location and the house is perfect. It has everything you need for cooking to have amazing meals at home by the pool. The best thing about the house was to wake up in the morning and walk 30m to have a morning swim. Check in was super easy and they show you everything you need to know. And they were quick to respond on message before check in. Train station was 2k away and an easy option to take in to Athens. I really recommend this stay if you are looking for something in kineta.

one of the most beautifull houses that we have ever been. the view is incredible and beach near by felt like a private beach with lush greenery and beautifull pebbles in a torqouise water. the house has also a paddleboard didnt have the time to use but will definetly consider next time

The location of this apartment is stunning, right on the beach, you can listen to the waves as you fall asleep. The views are incredible, the location is in a small village with towns within walking distance with bars and restaurants serving great food. It isn't an overly touristy area but that is exactly what I wanted. We had full access to the hotel also owned by Dimitris next door, which had amazing food and drinks, access to a pool, paddle boards, sun loungers, roof top bar. The staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough for us. The apartment was more than adequate, clean and tidy and bed and towel changes every 3 days. I would recommend this place in a heart beat.

The place was a little hard to find as there are no street numbers or signs to indicate where the property was. Apart from that, the property is very peaceful with nice views of the sea below and it feels like a retreat. The apartment itself is more like a little house and is very spacious and very ideal for a family or for two couples. Highly recommend you have a car as there is nothing else located in this village/development and you need to drive about 3km to the nearest supermarket.

Das Haus ist sehr schön ausgestattet und der Poll ist auch wunderbar. Von hier aus kann man sehr schöne Ausflüge auf dem Peloponnes unternehmen. Wir können jedem empfehlen hiehin zu fahren. Der Pool und die Terrassen sind von außen kaum einzusehen, so dass man eine gute Privatsphäre hat. Ntina spricht zwar nur griechisch, aber dank dem online Übersetzer haben wir uns prima verstanden.

Γεια σας!!! Είμαι ο Gray, Cane Corso 1,5 ετών & η μαμά μου κανόνισε να πάμε μαζί με τη θεία μου στο σπίτι του William, όπου πέρασα τέλεια. Έχει μεγάλη αυλή, πολύ άνετο εσωτερικό, τέλεια πλακάκια που δεν γλιστρούν κ περιβάλλοντα χώρο γεμάτο πεύκα, τέλειο για βόλτες. Η μαμά μου κουράστηκε λίγο να μου καθαρίζει χέρια κ πόδια γιατί έβρεχε κ δεν με άφηνε να μπω μέσα αλλιώς, σεβόμουν τον William που με δέχτηκε κ ευχαριστήθηκα ξάπλες κ βόλτες. Όλα προσεγμένα κ πεντακάθαρα. Δεν ήθελα να φύγω όταν ήρθε η ώρα. Ευχαριστώ William, θα ξαναέρθουμε

A great experience, with amazing views, Katerina was awesome and communication was great!! Beach is right below at a hotel resort, you could walk about 10 min, it’s all downhill, we drove cause It was very hot, you will need a car or taxi to get into town, the summer months are too hot to walk. It’s a 5 min drive into Loutraki where there is so much to do, Corniith Canal is about 20 min drive , it’s actually closer but due to traffic it takes a bit longer during peak tourism. House is very comfortable and you feel right at home!!

This is a nice clean apartment with a balcony that has amazing sea views over the whole bay in Loutraki. It is an ideal location for exploring the area. The instructions for finding and entering the apartment were clear and accurate. The Wi-Fi was easily accessible and fast. Everything we needed for a one-week stay was included in the flat and our host was extremely helpful and easy to contact. We would have no hesitation in recommending this flat for other people. We rent this apartment at first time and we totally adore it. There is everything for comfortable living, including kitchen, bathroom, washing machine etc. We liked the balcony very much and the view from there … But the main is the distance to the sea- really 5 min, that was very important with children. Shops, restaurants, cafes, beach , the center of the city are really very close. Ioanna her mother Katerina are very good and pleasant people. They were always ready to help us and answered very quickly. I would really recommend this apartment to my friends because it was cosy, comfortable and lovely.

Mijn vriend en ik hebben 2 nachten verbleven in de Airbnb van Martha. Een super fijn verblijf! De Airbnb is op loopafstand van het strand en allerlei beachclubs, dus een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor iedereen die daar gebruik van wil maken. Daarnaast was het appartement ruim, super schoon en konden we gebruik maken van een vroege incheck. Als bonus hadden we Martha als top host. Ze reageert sneller dan het licht en heeft ons voorzien van leuke en goede tips voor de omgeving. Al met al aanrader! Dankjewel! 🤩

Ottimo appartamento, la posizione è stupenda, nella stessa via c’è un ristorantino in cui siamo stati molto bene. Vicino alla stazione dei taxi (cosa per noi fondamentale), vicino al supermercato, bar, vari ristoranti. Il mare è proprio a un minuto a piedi. Tutto perfetto.

Vom ersten treffen mit Alekos der uns am Flughafen abgeholt hat,war alles positiv übertroffen. absolut empfehlenswertes Apartment. Wir haben uns gefühlt Wie Zuhause Lage top alles in der Nähe Strand aus der Haustür raus und man steht am Strand. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Alena und Alekos sind sehr sehr freundlich helfen bei allen Problemen und beantworten alle Fragen. Das Apartment ist wunderschön stilvoll eingerichtet, man hat alles was man braucht und sehr sauber. Bushaltestelle direkt um die Ecke. Von allen Straßen, die am Strand sind, ist das die Schönste und die Lage ist perfekt. Wir sind begeistert und der Standard für das Apartment ist sehr hoch.TOP von 5 sind es 6 Punkte.

Irene jest wspaniałym gospodarzem, który jest bardzo pomocny i proaktywny. Zawsze z uśmiechem na twarzy służyła radą i cennymi wskazówkami. Apartament jest rewelacyjnie wyposażony, gospodyni dosłownie pomyślała o każdym detalu. Mieszkanie jest idealne dla 2 osób, rewelacyjnie położone z przecudownym widokiem.
