Theta Guesthouse

Theta is a 60 sq.m. stone guesthouse, a few meters from the square of Stemnitsa. Built in 1867, it is the "katowi" (ground floor) of a traditional village house. A spacious house with a dome, completely renovated in 2022 and accommodating up to 4 people. It has WC and a separate area with a shower-hydromassage. It has Wi-Fi and Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime account. The wooden balcony offers a nice view of the village and the courtyard on the green mountainside. Parking near the house.

Everyone finds what they're looking for. Ideal for both a family vacation and a couple, but also highly recommended as a base for adventures, activities and excursions.

Κάτω ακριβώς από το σπίτι υπάρχει χώρος πάρκινγκ. O ποταμός Λούσιος βρίσκεται αρκετά κοντά για μια περιπετειώδης περιήγηση!

The 50sqm cabin is only for the comfort of adventurers, featuring stove heating and through-the-river access.

The house is in a very quiet area of the village overlooking the bridge of Alfios and the plateau of Megalopolis. It has 2 fireplaces, a spacious living room and high-ceilinged bedrooms. At the entrance there is a courtyard with shade from a large walnut tree and vines.
