This house consists of a ground floor and an upper floor as well as a large, completely enclosed garden. You will enter the house through a small entrance giving access to a living/dining room as well as a bedroom and an adjoining shower room and also a toilet. This room is made up of two 90x200 twin beds. On the ground floor, you will also find a kitchen as well as a utility room giving direct access to the outside where you will find garden furniture as well as a large dining room table that can accommodate 12 people. On the 1st floor, a staircase will lead to 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and toilets: -A bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x200 (+1 travel cot) with an adjoining shower room -a bedroom with a 180x200 bed + 1 crib and changing table. -a bedroom with 2 90x200 bunk beds that can accommodate 4 people. -a bathroom with bathtub and double sinks The beds will be made upon your arrival. The "Maison-Troglodyte de Marie" is a beautiful renovated 150 m² stone house dating from 1689, located in the heart of Anjou, 25 min from Angers and 25 min from Saumur, 15 min from the banks of the Loire, 10 min from the Zoo-Bioparc de Doué-la-Fontaine, 1 hour from Puy du Fou. It can accommodate 13 people. There is a large garden and shaded areas. Settle in with family or friends in this warm and very atypical house, dug into the tuffeau.
