Fully furnished and equipped air-conditioned 2-bedroom apartment, on the 2nd and top floor of a quiet residence with private parking under video surveillance and shelter for 2 wheels. The 35 m² consists of a kitchenette open to the living room with a sofa bed for 1 person, a bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed for 2 people and a bathroom with toilet. Internet via fiber optics with Wi-Fi and smart TV.

The gîte has a fitted and very well-equipped kitchen but also an outdoor courtyard with terrace (barbecue, garden furniture). My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends.
