Great house! The beach La Roquille is only a few meters through the dunes. We were there in mid-June with five people and had the beach almost to ourselves during the week. The house is tastefully decorated and very clean. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The bedrooms are small - but we only used them for sleeping anyway. Otherwise, life takes place on the beach or terrace. Marquise provides shade for the seating area on the terrace at any time. Cooking outdoors on the plancha is fun. Contact and reception very straightforward. Caroline also asked from time to time if everything was okay. I'd like to come back.

Clean villa in a peaceful setting! The 2 suites on the ground floor are spacious and comfortable, which is less qualitative in the bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. Note: with small children, please note that the pool protection curtain is not functional. Very nice, pleasant, pretty house... We were 4 couples and we had plenty of room. Very flowery garden. With the chickens we had fresh eggs, a treat. Thank you, thank you for this pleasant house with pool and thank you for your welcome wine which was unanimously appreciated. Fit of laughter on the bowling green where we played endless rounds of Molkky. We had a memorable family weekend thanks to your little paradise. Thank you, thank you, thank you so much.

A perfect stay in a beautiful villa! We were a group of 10 and everything went very well. The house is spacious, clean, well-equipped and matches the listing. The environment is quiet and pleasant, ideal for relaxing. Chloé was very responsive and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this villa with our eyes closed and will be back with pleasure! We will come back without hesitation!

Excellent villa , great hosts and good communication. Great way to celebrate family birthdays . The villa was just like the photos advertised . Extremely clean and well stocked . Only small disappointment not many local restaurants that are walkable to eat in the evenings .

This house is a dream! We had a very nice time here. The house is in a very quiet environment. The garden, pool and all the amenities in the house are perfect. Nothing is missing, it is especially great with children, because it has many great toys and much more (changing table, high chairs, learning tower, baby and crib). The house is very nice and lovingly furnished, so you feel very comfortable right away. Everything is very clean and the rooms have plenty of storage space. We definitely recommend this house! Communication with Maxime was very easy. He is very friendly and always responded very quickly.

The house is supernice, the garden and pool is beautiful and Isabelle and her husband is a delight. The couple are very friendly and answers quickly any questions. It felt like meeting family 😊 We didn’t know that the downstairs of the house would be rented out to others until we got there. It is not very soundproof between the floors. Still it is quite private outside. We traveled two friends with our 6 kids and the house was spacious for all of us. Some felt the mattresses were too hard, but that is a matter of opinion. They even gave us two extra mattresses we could put on the floor to make room for 3 in two of the rooms. The pool area is very nice and was used extensively 😄 There where plenty of towels in the bathrooms to use in the house and by the pool. We were well taken care of. The small town is sweet and have some restaurants and a shop, but it’s good to have a car if you’re going somewhere else. Thank you both for a wonderful stay and we hope to see you again 🤩

Superb accommodation, the villa is spacious, comfortable, it feels good. Nothing is missing, it is very well equipped, well arranged and with beautiful decoration. It is possible to park in front of the house. The tram is close by. Communication with Ludovic was smooth! To be redone

Successful family weekend thanks to Chrystelle and Benoît's house which has everything you need for a relaxing family weekend: swimming pools, petanque court, ping pong table… The accommodation is impeccable, clean, well arranged and comfortable so that everyone has their own space. Chrystelle and Benoît are extremely welcoming and accommodating for schedules. We would definitely recommend the listing.

This place is paradise. Christophe and Christine could not have been more helpful or kind. This place is definitely the best Airbnb I have stayed in and we were all so sad to leave. It is decorated and maintained to exceptional standards. We all loved it.

Quiet accommodation, very comfortable. Perfect for a large family. Very nice well-equipped rooms, a spacious living space and a very large kitchen. Very well equipped accommodation inside and out. For cooks, a kitchen very well equipped with utensils and dishes.

We really enjoyed our time in Sete. The house was very clean and well equipped and the location was very peaceful. We chose not to hire a car and managed fine. The house is on a hill, which is great for the views and quiet, but quite steep to walk up. The air con was welcome. We particularly enjoyed using the outside space: terrace, pool, cabana. We could walk to the local shop/restaurant (15 mins) and the beaches with sun loungers for hire were a 20 min walk. Worth knowing the local shop delivers via Ubereats. We took a bus to central Sete and a train to Montpellier for a day trip. We visited Mt Saint Clair and the Forest of the White Stones too. Our group was 3 adults, 3 teenagers and a child. The house was spacious and welcoming. One thing to be aware of is the mezzanine bedroom is only accessible by a tight spiral staircase. Which was ok for us. A truly wonderful and relaxing week. We loved it! Thank you for our stay.

We’ve just returned from a week‘s stay at this beautiful location. Everything is as described and even better than pictured. The house was perfect for us (2 adults and 2 kids) and the kitchen has everything one could need. There is also an electric bbq outside, which we used a couple of times as well. There is a lovely gazebo out by the pool where we ate all of our meals. And the pool itself was definitely the highlight for the kids. It is nice and big and clean and was the perfect temperature. The garden was my personal favorite as it is so big, absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. The location is very quiet and private and since we had a car we never attempted to walk to Pézenas so I’m not sure how long this would take but the drive was about 10 min to the grocery store. Driving to the beach (we went to Sète) took about 40 min. The hosts are lovely and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and quiet vacation in south France.

Very good interaction with the owners. Friendly and relaxing hospitality. The rental is very well thought out. The setting is peaceful. Everything is perfect. The petanque court is a well-equipped place. The little turtles were very popular with the children. I highly recommend this easy-to-use accommodation. Several places to share meals. A 2.65 m high motorhome passes just under the carport. And what about the pool. Relaxing place. The lights are solar so autonomous. Bike rides are to be considered because the village is on a small winding road in the woods. Congratulations to the owners for creating a great friendly B&B.

Perfect stay! Sinan is an exceptional host, very welcoming and available. His tips on restaurants and local activities were invaluable. We felt right at home. We were pleasantly surprised by the charm of this house. Everything was thought out for our comfort, from kitchen amenities to soft towels. A real cocoon. Located in a quiet area, the accommodation is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The proximity to shops and restaurants is a real plus. i highly recommend it

When one imagines securing a well appointed, safe, comfortable, accommodating and ideally located place to truly relax or explore the delights of the southern Occitanie region from, Marc & Isabelle’s offering should definitely be on their mind. From very effective host communication, solid directions :) & a flexible approach all the way through to supporting us getting settled in, finding places we need as part of getting comfortable etc, we felt supremely well taken care of. The property itself is very well appointed & looks exactly as depicted in the app; it’s an excellent AirBnB for those who want to relax in comfort & privacy with a superb array of mod-cons. Everyone in our group was very impressed. Thoughtful and clever touches abound across the entire modern property & we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone (family or a group of friends) - it’s a gem are likely going to return to! Nothing! That's what's missing from this listing! Angelique's welcome was perfect, she was available and very adaptable for us. The accommodation is impeccable and everything is there for a great time for families or groups of friends. The cold drinks on arrival were much appreciated. Everything was tastefully thought out and beautifully decorated. The exterior is beautiful, between the pool, the jacuzzi, the trampoline for children, everyone finds something for themselves. The environment is very quiet and you can go for short walks from the house. The best part was that our dogs were welcome.
