The house is the result of the recovery of an old storage room where one of the cisterns that supplied the hill was located. There was a great respect for traditional architecture, and the entire original layout of the house was maintained. The decor is sober, but with small "vintage" touches, where restored furniture is combined with more contemporary pieces. Casa Antiga: holiday home for 2 adults (18+) on the ground floor of small-scale accommodation Quinta Maragota. Originally this part of the farmhouse was the family living area and still features beautiful authentic Portuguese tile floors, renovated wooden shutters and ceiling ornament in the hallway. Now it is an attractive, comfortable holiday home with private terrace, adjacent to a large communal mediterranean garden with pool, 4km to fishing village Fuseta, beach and lagoons of Ria Formosa.
