Cute little cabin, with great outdoor views! We enjoyed our overnight stay and were grateful the hosts were able to meet our needs. My wife and I definitely recommend.

Our welcoming committee was just as described 😊. Buster and Rocky were friendly and adorable. And for those who are cautious about animals, they seem to know to only approach if welcomed. The cottage has everything you need and nothing you don't. We stayed for 1 night and brought our breakfast stuff with us in a cooler. We made use of the fridge and the microwave. The window AC unit kept the cottage plenty cool. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was functional. We visited with the goats and the chickens and had a good stay. Just far enough from town to forget where you are to enjoy the sun, soft breezes and the quiet surroundings. No night noise meant for a peaceful sleep. We would stay here again! Only 3.5 hrs from where we live, my wife said "If you ever can't find me, look here."

My husband and I needed a short getaway for our anniversary. We needed a place to unwind from the daily rat race and reconnect with nature and each other. This property was absolutely beautiful and serene! It met all our needs! The host was very communicative and allowed us to check in early. Super clean and had everything we needed for our stay! The property was so peaceful and we loved to see and hear all of nature! We spent the day at nearby Newton Lake! We will be back!

Clean, private, and perfectly suited for my one-night stay. The full kitchen made it easy to prepare my own meal, and since it’s a whole little house, it would be just as great for a longer visit too. Comfortable and well set up
