Vacation rentals with a patio in Los Pargos

The place is amazing, better than what you see in the photos, where it is located very safely and the surroundings in Hacienda Pinilla are very nice. It has everything you need for a comfortable and cozy stay. Denise's attention was excellent, always attentive and very proactive. I recommend the accommodation 100%. You can visit different beaches in the area and it has a very nice pool.

Arcadia is the sanctuary you've always dreamt of, especially sunsets. I always made sure I was there to watch the sun go down, as that view is breathtaking. This place far exceeded our expectations, and the host was more than accommodating. Have and would HIGHLY recommend this remote spot, it is everything and more!!!!

I stayed in the container. enough space for me. I would definitely stay again. Probably my new go to spot when in town, may try the bigger rooms though. but wouldnt hesitate to stay in the container again. Everything was clean and loved the early morning routine using the french press outside coffee station.. the grounds are beautiful. Great deal, friendly staff and the location is perfect. right next to two of the best restaurants in Tama.

Excellent place. It combines modernity and the tranquility of being in the woods. It is a 5 minute drive to the lively area of the beach where the restaurants and bars are. Close to a couple of banks, and even the police station. Perhaps to get there by bike or on foot (for those who like to walk), it is a little difficult, especially at night, because it is dark and the paved street is narrow. It's better to use a slightly high vehicle to avoid setbacks on the dirt part, especially when it rains. The place has everything you need for a great stay. Everything works perfectly, all very recent in the equipment. Even the coffee is delicious. Pool with clean water and a pleasant temperature at all times, I even went in at 6 in the morning and I can attest that it is warm at that time. I would definitely come back, when I come back to the Tamarindo area. I congratulate the host, because he knows his business. Congratulations.

Ana’s place was perfect, just enough out of the busy area to feel tranquillity, but still close enough to all things and easily walkable. Communications were great and very helpful, I loved staying here. Thank you for everything and kickstarting my first Costa Rican experience! Would love to be back one day :)

Axel’s Samara home is nothing short of amazing! After a super long day of travel I was speechless walking through the door - it is even better than the pictures. This property is a great way to experience a smaller coastal Costa Rica town while still feeling like you are living in luxury. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Very satisfied with Kevin's service, any questions we had, he answered quickly, the house is super comfortable, as seen in the photos, the privacy of the place is excellent, my children enjoyed the pool a lot, the truth is everything 10/10, I would rent again without a doubt.

This is a great place even if you never left the property it's such an enjoyable place to be we have watched the monkeys eat mangoes from the trees the rain in the evening and enjoyed the pool during the day the beach is a 3 minute drive and the home is absolutely amazing wouldn't change a thing.

We stayed a month at Casa Azul and loved it. We had our 10 year old son with us and we did not have a car so we walked everywhere. It was an adjustment at first with the heat and dusty roads but after a few days it felt fairly easy. We loved that we could walk 2km in with either direction and enjoy the beautiful beaches of Playa Negra and Playa Avellanas and the shops and restaurants in those areas. Or that we could walk just 300m down the road to Playa Lagartillo if we didn’t want to walk that day. Despite what we read beforehand about playa lagartillo, it does have decent places for swimming and enjoying the water. There are spots without rocks on the larger span of the beach where the waves and tide is not too strong so ideal for kids and families. And it’s a very quiet beach with beautiful sunsets. It was very helpful to have the local deliveries of fresh fruit and veggies, German bakery, fish, and chicken and eggs on various days of the week. We would definitely come back again!

We had a great stay and hope to go back. Here are a few of our highlights: - House was perfect for a week long vacation in Avellanas for the 4 of us (parents plus two teenage sons). The kitchen was well stocked, the AC kept things cool at night, and we loved having AM coffee on the patio listening to birds and monkeys. - We very heavily used the community pool. We were the only ones staying in our group of homes around the pool so we had it to ourselves each day. It was cleaned daily. - It was a long walk to the beach (20min) so we often drove to the maintained parking lot by Lola's and paid the modest $4. (The fee helps maintain the beach access so it seems well-worth paying each day.) Because it was still walkable, we'd often walk home, leaving the kids with the car to finish up a surf session... it was nice to have that flexibility. - The gated community with guards felt very secure, but the overall area also felt very safe for our 5-7 mile runs, evening strolls, and more!

Mark's place has a really nice atmosphere, quiet, far from any kind of noise. It also feels like you have your own beach :D the kitchen was fully equipped. The location to other beaches were convenient by car. Mark was very responsive whenever we contacted him! thanks for everything!

For some reason the room have only hot water,but, is just an small detail, the place is so nice and calm, I will back for sure

A wonderful condo in a quieter part of town with peaceful pools and beautiful views from the rooftop. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

This place is perfect! It’s located in a perfect part of Tamarindo just off the main road so it’s nice and quiet at night but steps away from the main attractions. The condo is clean and well kept and had everything we needed. Audra was very attentive and helped us out within minutes of contacting her. The grounds are well kept and the pool area is perfect. I couldn’t recommend this place more! 10/10.

The villa was lovely and came with everything to make the stay easy — from beach chairs and beach towels to a fully stocked kitchen. It was easy to come and go, the walk to the Marriott was quick and easy, the pool was right outside, and the porch hammock was a perfect touch. Irina was very responsive and gave helpful suggestions.

We absolutely LOVED this place! Very spacious for our family of 4 (two teenagers who each had their own room). The concierge service was super helpful and friendly any time we reached out to them. We booked an ATV excursion through them and there were several other great options. The place was beautifully decorated along with all the necessities you would need in the kitchen. We stopped at the Price Smart(like a Costco) after we got our rental car for groceries, so glad we did that! There is a small grocery store in Brasilito for smaller items as well. The Beach Club was a wonderful perk to have access to other pools, a gym, and the beach. Definitely plan on coming back to this place!

This was our first visit to Costa Rica. It was also our first destination out of five. We were looking for somewhere to relax and rest before we continued. Our place was perfect! Well stocked, clean, serene and beautiful. Our host, Sebastian, was really helpful. He found our friends, who had been a bit lost (no gps) and told us where to go for SIM cards. We swam in the pool And the ocean as well.

Absolutely loved staying here while visiting Tamarindo for a few days! The space was so lovely and spacious and in the most perfect location. You could walk to everything within 5-10 minutes.

We needed a quick stay as our other Airbnb cancelled on us last minute. Ruslan’s place was the best price and reviews in the location we were looking for. The stay met our expectations. The place was comfortable and roomy and very clean. The a/c worked well and Ruslan even allowed us to check in early without asking. That was pretty impressive and very much appreciated.
