Logement au top ! Le logement est très joliment décorés avec tout l'indispensable nécessaire pour passer des agréables moments. la clim est silencieuse est très simple utilisation. cuisine hyper bien équipés. Le toit terrasse est un must le jaccuzi super la barbecue la douche extérieure et le mobilier est très bien aménagés. (avec une sécurité pour les jeunes enfant une porte qui se ferme quand nous sommes en haut ) Le parking souterrain fermé est un plus a la location place très large pratique pour les grosses voitures tout en sécurité. piscine de bonne température. plage à 2, 3 pas. Le logement se situe dans un village plutôt calme en septembre. Sandra est super gentille, les personnes qui s'occupent du logement sont super merci à eux au passage car nous nous sommes retrouvés à la porte un matin avec notre petit garçon de 18 mois dépannage en 15 min ... merci encore si vous avez un enfant il y a tout lit chaise haute vaisselles et même différents jouets.

We live in the area and needed a place to stay temporarily. We are glad we chose this apartment as it was clean, modern, bright and airy. The pool is literally just a few metres with well maintained areas and very peaceful. You will need a car to venture further to beaches etc but everything is on site. Easy check in/check out with a very friendly and helpful Max. We would recommend to family and friends.

No le doy 10 estrellas, porque no hay. Si fuera una nota numérica, sería un 11 sobre 10. Antonio es un anfitrión muy amable, atento, siempre pendiente de que estemos bien y vayamos a lugares de ensueño. El apartamento está ubicado en una urbanización privada, con dos piscinas y jacuzzi en cada una de ellas, jardines muy bien mantenidos y una comunidad de vecinos tranquila. Recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse en cualquier apartamento de Antonio. Muchas gracias por todo de parte de las tres, Antonio.

El apartamento está en la urbanización de Las Lomas. Es un lugar traquilo y acogedor. Dispone de unas vistas maravillosas y unos buenos servicios comunes como un pequeño gimnasio, una piscina interior y otra exterior. El alojamiento permite disfrutar del lugar alejado de las zonas concurridas más turísticas de la costa. Si buscas descansar y desconectar es el lugar perfecto.

Hemos disfrutado nuestro viaje de fin de semana. Pros - 1. la ubicación 2. la jacuzzi 3. la casa está bien equipada y 4. anfitrión amable. Cons - 1. faltaba limpieza en el salón y en la cocina y en una habitación (basura/cristal en el suelo en los tres sitios cuando hemos llegado) y la barbacoa no estaba limpia cuando hemos llegado y teníamos que limpiarla antes de usarla. 2. Creo que el precio-calidad por la limpieza no es justo después de ver otros anuncios. 3. Hay algún problema con humedad en el aseo de la habitación en suite - huele mal siempre aunque hemos dejado la ventana abierta. Aún así quiero destacar que hemos disfrutado nuestro viaje en general y lo haríamos otra vez. Gracias!

100% Recomendable. El apartamento de Nick está muy bien, ideal para cuatro personas también. Todo estaba muy limpio, nuevo, y con gusto. Nick siempre estaba atento, y ha sido muy amable. ¡Volveremos!

Super cool mate keep up the cracking job! We were staying with 3 children and 4 adults and there was many amenities and they were as good as the pictures said. Lovely spaciousness the kitchen was very well equipped lots of cutlery and other stuff. In addition there were lots of towels and the pool is very nice and pleasant. The outdoor space is also good and we were located in an area near lots of shops and near the cultural Centre of the city we also recommend the restaurant just near it called Nankin We would definitely visit again!

This is a beautiful apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean & brushes, vaccum, mop etc available if needed. There is a lot of space and storage. Just accross the road from Zenia boulevard. Short 15 min walk to the beach. Lovely, clean and quiet communal pool area - very quiet - never busy. There was great communication from Olga - she is a fantastic host. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning to stay again

We had a perfect stay. Salvador was flexible on our arrival time, welcomed us and showed us the basics and was always very responsive to our communications, before and after our arrival.

Lola. Es un encanto. Te ayuda en todo, me encanto la flexibilidad. El alojamiento es antiguo pero ese estilo me gusta. si es verdad que necesita un poco de retoques . La terraza es genial. Se esta de lujo . Gracias. Espero volver hacer otra visita.

We stayed for only a night but enjoyed it greatly. We were a group of 9 people mid 20s. All was very well laid out nice and cool for June, the pool was lovely. To put one minor point against the place would be the upstairs bathroom as its almost completely open plan, so it does limit a bit but with good communication theres no bother and we had no issue. Mari Carmen was very lovely and welcoming, we couldnt thank her enough for the warm welcome we received.

Nos sorprendió mucho el piso. Unas vistas preciosas y con mucha tranquilidad. Supera las espectativas. Pero lo mejor fué Paco. Nos atendió muy amablemente y nos explico todo a lo que le preguntamos, incluso nos pasó un gran listado de donde ir y que hacer. Es bonito poder decir que volveré porque realmente estuvimos muy a gusto. Nos quedariamos cortos diciendo todo, porque os aseguro que ir aquí vale mucho la pena. Un gran abrazo y muchas gracias.

Hemos pasado una semana muy cómodos en el apartamento de Martina. lo mejor sin duda es el patio para disfrutar del buen tiempo. La casa tenía todo lo necesario, nos sentimos como en casa. Repetiremos seguro!

We hebben als gezin een fantastische tijd gehad in dit appartement. Chris verwelkomde ons hartelijk en leidde ons rond. Het appartement is netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. De tuin biedt een comfortabele lounge en een kolen-BBQ, met voldoende schaduwplekken om van het warme Spaanse weer te genieten. Het zwembad ligt op loopafstand, en we hebben er volop van genoten. Chris is altijd snel bereikbaar en staat klaar om te helpen. Kortom, een aanrader voor wie de omgeving wil verkennen of gewoon wil genieten van zon, rust en het zwembad. Groeten, Fam de Konink

Stayed here from the 3rd to the 10th June 2025. Viviane was a great host, nothing was too much trouble. Replied very quickly to my questions. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, the location is spot on, it’s so quiet and peaceful and only 10 minutes to the local amenities. We spent most of the time outside by the pool or upstairs on the top roof. The views are beautiful and the sunset is lovely. Will definitely book the villa again. Thanks Viviane for being a great host.

One of the best ABB’s we have stayed in the only thing would be to remove the pallets from the outer courtyard but that is being petty. Great place

Prima verblijf, schoon en comfortabel. Gerrit reageert snel en adequaat op vragen. Veel supermarkten en restaurants op loopafstand. Goede bedden.

Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable. El sitio es muy tranquilo, cómodo para moverse. Tienes la playa a 10 minutos andando. El alojamiento estaba tal cual la descripción, muy limpio y todo muy nuevo. Con todo lo necesario para una estancia y más. El trato con ellos fue muy fácil, siempre atentos y respondiendo muy rápido. La terraza es enorme y es un plus. Hicimos gran parte de la vida en ella. Muy recomendable.

lovely house well looked after and clean. not far from the beach. pool was great. thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you
