Apartment at 14 km. Three bedrooms (four single beds, two double beds, a large sofa bed), two bathrooms, a living room, a terrace with a sea view, and a swimming pool. Perfect for families with children or a larger group. The beach is 10 meters from the exit of the stairwell. Nearby are cafes, bars, and a large Spar supermarket open all year round. Parking space is available on the premises. Important information about work on the facade of the development. The pool is closed until August, but we have another, much better pool nearby.

Great apartment a few meters from the beach. Beautiful views of the sea and the Cabo de Palos lighthouse. Beachfront. A residential development with a swimming pool. Close to shops, restaurants, and a bus stop. Close to Cabo de Palos and close to very beautiful protected areas such as Calblanque and Calarreona. Ideal for sports lovers. You'll love it, it's a quiet place, it has a terrace with great ocean views. My accommodation is good for couples or families (with children).

Mar Menor beach is only 250 m away, and a kite spot is also within walking distance. A popular beachfront restaurant is suitable for breakfast & dinner. The Mediterranean Sea is 15 minutes away (by car). The metro station is right outside the door. The ride takes about 25 minutes directly to the center of Cartagena.
