Amazing apartment for holiday rental located in Los Alcazares, 50 m from the sea. The apartment is decorated with attention to every detail so that the guests feel comfortable, it is also fully equipped. A terrace overlooking the sea and beautiful gardens with exotic plants allows you to relax. The beach isa 3-minute walk from the beach, and there are plenty of water attractions surfing , kitessurfing , windsurf school, swimming club, water equipment rental ( Spinosa Center ) etc.

A modern kitchen features sleek white cabinetry paired with wooden accents. A spacious island with light blue chairs surrounds a granite countertop. Stainless steel appliances, including a microwave and coffee maker, are visible. Large windows provide ample natural light, enhancing the open and inviting layout.

Beach of the Narejos. The Alcázares. Ground floor.

The house has been completely renovated in May 2021. The house is on the ground floor, with no steps. The shower is very wide and you can access it without scans, which makes the house perfect for the elderly or disabled. There are two accesses, from the parking area you access the apartment through the kitchen and from the entrance door of the street you access the lounge. The house is located about 200m from the beach and there are several shops within three minutes by car.
