La locomoción colectiva se toma a 1 cuadra de la casa y de regreso pasa justo enfrente. La casa cuenta con 3 habitaciones, 2 baños, living, comedor, cocina y 2 estacionamientos. La calefacción es a través de combustión lenta, la cual cuenta con leña y astillas para iniciar el fuego.

The accommodation is inside my house. Separate entrance. It consists of 3 bedrooms + living room with sofa and 2 bathrooms. We live on the first floor, we share the kitchen. Parking is subject to availability on the street in front of the garden. We're happy to advise you on restaurants, excursions, and events at the Teatro del Lago.

It has parking for vehicles and medium jeeps, but NO VANS. There is locomotion at the gate to transfer through Pto Varas and travel to the Puerto Montt terminal.
